As part of the MarkMonitor team at Newfold, the Domain Support Representative will serve as an important support role within the Domain Client Services Organization.
This role will focus on tasks and responsibilities that aid in the productivity and efficiency of the department.

• Manage specified tasks and assist in internal domain management processes such as, client user access set up and unlocking, account activation, create detailed process documentation/instruction guides, and provide assistance with respect to Domain Name portfolio management according to client policies, best practices, and DPA and/or client direction.

The hiring range for this position in California is $180,646 to $242,330 per year and in Washington is $189,646 to $253,880 per year.
