You will be in daily contact with nonprofit and development staff at some of the nation's leading nonprofit organizations to help them understand matching gifts, our suite of fundraising tools, and how we might be able to help them fundraise more effectively so they can better fulfill their mission.
As an Account Executive, you will own the sales process, which includes prospecting / identifying new nonprofits not currently using our tools, leading discovery calls, running product demonstrations, and managing contract negotiations.
This role is perfect for candidates who have top-notch written / verbal communication, lightning fast email responses, and have no fear of picking up the phone to call someone.
In this role, you will:
• Spend large portions of your day talking to nonprofit staff, particularly senior staff
• Call and email nonprofits to schedule discovery calls
• Showcase our value through discovery and live demonstrations
• Prioritize leads; document details of communications with prospects in our CRM
• Negotiate contracts and close deals
The Location:
Double the Donation is located in the heart of Atlanta on the Beltline between Krog Street Market and Ponce City Market with all of our team members located in the metro area. We have a hybrid work structure with team members working in-office some days and remotely other days.

What Do We Offer?
Financial compensation includes multiple components:
• Base salary: $52,000.00 per year
• Sales commissions: Year one has an expected commission range of $8,000 - $18,000.
• Ramping bonuses of up to $9,000 in your first year (some needs to be re-paid if you don't stay with the company for two full years)
• Additional team-wide and end-of-year bonus ranging from $1,000 - $4,000 based on sales performance.
• Additional two-year deferred bonus ranging from $2,000 - $12,000 based on sales performance.
• Optional Life leave cash-out value of $2,340 per year if you choose to cash it out rather than using it.
• Monthly stipend of $100 for health insurance if you choose not to enroll in the company's health care plan.
Expected Year 1 Compensation totals above $70,000 to potentially $75,000 or $80,000 with it increasing in future years.

• 20 vacation days per year
