As a Director of Sales, you will be responsible for closing your own strategic opportunities for our organization as well coaching a subset of our Sales team to maximize the team’s overall performance. The Task-at-Hand:
• Lead a small team of Sales Directors by providing coaching and accountability, while also penetrating assigned strategic accounts accounts, building, and closing a strong pipeline of opportunities
• Establish and maintain relationships with Director, VP and C-level executives throughout buying cycles
• Leverage team selling with cross-departmental Dynamic Yield members
• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual recurring revenue targets
• Provide an accurate forecast of opportunities
• Work collaboratively with Dynamic Yield’s client success organization to ensure successful implementation of customer solutions
Optimal Skills for Success:
• 5+ years of experience as an outside salesperson selling SaaS products (required)
• Experience Managing a team of sellers focused on closing new business
• Experience in selling digital marketing solutions to CEOs, CMOs, Directors and VPs of Digital Marketing, Directors and VPs of eCommerce (preferred)
• Familiarity with the MarTech landscape (preferred)
• Proven track record of closing transactions in the $150K - $500K+ range with consistent performance exceeding quota, references needed

In this role, you will first master the Dynamic Yield platform and understand the needs of our customers. Then you will break down concepts and best practices into easy to understand educational materials to teach our customers how to best use the platform. • Create customer-facing training materials that are easily digestible and engaging, including videos, audio recordings, learning paths, quizzes, infographics, etc.
• Identify ways to educate various customer personas at each stage of the customer journey and create customized learning paths
• Create courses within the Dynamic Yield Academy (Skilljar) to grow our customer educational materials, ensuring content is organized and searchable
• Deliver monthly client-facing training and webinars that are easy to absorb to a wide variety of business and technical uses

The Task-at-Hand:
• Help clients operationalize onsite testing and personalization best practice, creating great client personalization experts to exceed their onsite business goals
