Duties And Responsibilities

Responsible for implementing Eagle Creek’s policies and procedures for permitting activities on Eagle Creek’s property and along the Cheat Lake shoreline in accordance with the FERC license and future SMP. Responsible for maintaining files and conducting field work related to property management and permitting activities.

Responsible for direct interaction and coordination of on-site visits with adjacent property owners to address any questions, issues, violations, or other areas of concern. Responsible for working with local and federal agencies as needed for shoreline management issues and/or violations.

Responsible for overseeing contractor maintaining recreation access areas. In addition, this position writes purchase orders and approves all purchase order invoices associated with property management.

Responsible for organizing and implementing Eagle Creek’s Water Safety Program at Cheat Lake and engaging with law enforcement and other civic groups throughout the community to participate. This event has been held annually at Cheat Lake for the past 2 years
