Position Title: Partner Manager, New York
Key Relationships: Partnerships, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success
Job Purpose: The Partner Manager's goal is to manage and strengthen relationships with Easyship’s existing agency, tech and integration partners while driving revenue generating opportunities through outbounding and onboarding new industry partners.
Job Responsibilities
• Maintain a deep understanding of Easyship’s solution and be able to articulate its value to partners and their customers
• Manage agency, tech and integration partner relationships
• Prospect and generate leads through our database of partners and build a pipeline of new partners utilizing outbound sales tactics
• Be an industry expert in ecommerce for global and domestic logistics
• Analyze trends and results to continually improve your partnerships strategy
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and customer success teams to identify new opportunities for company growth
• Proactively source and support co-selling opportunities with partners
• Provide partners with ongoing sales and product enablement training
• Identify and develop joint go-to-market strategies and lead generation opportunities and work with the marketing team to support these opportunities
• Plan and execute events and other co-marketing initiatives with partners
• Assist with developing Easyship’s partner program, processes and documents to enable our partners to become ambassadors of our software and drive leads and revenue through our sales process
Requirements - Skills & Personal Qualities:
• 3 - 5 year of business development, sales or partnership experience
• Experience in the eCommerce space
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills both in person and on the phone
• Proven track record hitting and exceeding quotas with the ability to prove consistent delivery against targets
• Experience selling to C-Suite and Founders
• Driven, self-motivated and organized

Role: VP of Marketing

Purpose: We are seeking an experienced VP of Marketing who will play a leading role in helping Easyship grow. You will be at the forefront of designing and delivering impactful strategy that supports our growth through marketing programs. This role will be responsible for filling the top of the funnel with qualified leads, while continuously developing new inbound / outbound tactics and tracking program effectiveness. In addition to these responsibilities you will also be managing our social channels, ongoing website optimization and marketing related initiatives. You will be a trusted leader within the business and be the go to person with everything marketing related.
What you will do:
• Lead a global marketing team consisting of acquisition, retention, loyalty, brand, partnerships, and creative marketers.
• Develop and execute the marketing plan across all channels (email, paid social, direct mail, organic, search).
• Develop our Easyship loyalty program to drive retention and high customer LTVs among the customer base.

• Experienced with utilizing multiple digital channels and creative techniques to move leads down a funnel

• Continuously develop, pilot, scale unique lead generation campaigns including the end to end operations

• Identify and develop the tools, platforms, resources, and process needed to find lead information; Then score the leads and segment them to appropriate outreach strategy

Key Relationships: Project Managers
Purpose: We are seeking an experienced VP of Marketing who will play a leading role in helping Easyship grow. You will be at the forefront of designing and delivering impactful strategy that supports our growth through marketing programs. This role will be responsible for filling the top of the funnel with qualified leads, while continuously developing new inbound / outbound tactics and tracking program effectiveness. In addition to these responsibilities you will also be managing our social channels, ongoing website optimization and marketing related initiatives. You will be a trusted leader within the business and be the go to person with everything marketing related.
What you will do:
• Lead a global marketing team consisting of acquisition, retention, loyalty, brand, partnerships, and creative marketers.
• Develop and execute the marketing plan across all channels (email, paid social, direct mail, organic, search).
• Develop our Easyship loyalty program to drive retention and high customer LTVs among the customer base.
• Analyze KPIs related to marketing performance, media results, and promotional campaign results to forecast potential revenue tied to marketing efforts.
• Partner closely with product, design, and sales teams to integrate customer marketing programs into all customer touchpoints.
• Set & manage eCommerce calendar, product launches, and all online promotional campaigns in tandem with the operations team (peak season and other holiday promotions).
• Work closely with C-Level Executives to achieve quarterly and annual goals.
• Take project from concept to test and implement, while providing reporting to the team on program performance
• Experienced with utilizing multiple digital channels and creative techniques to move leads down a funnel
• Data driven and focuses on piloting and testing ideas. Have the opportunity to run creative and effective lead gen techniques from email, search, sponsorship, direct marketing, social, online events
• Continuously develop, pilot, scale unique lead generation campaigns including the end to end operations
• Develop unique outreach strategies including: SEM, Display, OOH, SEO, Comms, Partner Marketing, Email, Events & Product Marketing
• Identify and develop the tools, platforms, resources, and process needed to find lead information; Then score the leads and segment them to appropriate outreach strategy
• Manage relationship and develop key members within the marketing team
• Track and report on success of marketing campaigns and lead generation metrics such as MQL, SQL, and top of funnel metrics using tools such as Google Analytics
Requirements
• Requirements / Qualifications: *
• A creative thought-leader biased towards action. Big-thinking is not enough for you. You are hands on and take action to see your ideas move forward
• 8+ years of experience in a marketing role at a high B2B growth company or early stage startup
• You are a seasoned eCommerce / retention expert with a deep understanding of online shopping behavior, user experience, retention, driving sales through efficient marketing programs and conversion optimization.
• Customer centric marketer with a deep understanding of developing and marketing consumer brands.
• Have managed a substantial marketing budget of $40M+.
• Strong track record of creating successful inbound / outbound marketing campaigns, sourcing leads and running multichannel marketing campaigns
• Data driven leader who can track, report and analyze the result of marketing campaigns
• Experience with Hubspot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, SEM and prospecting platforms
• Experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus
• Ability to work in fast paced work environment and juggling both short and long term priorities along with daily demands
• Creative problem solver who thrives with ambiguity
• Bachelor’s degree required

You will work closely with sales and marketing counterparts to host partner events, both online and offline, for the purpose of generating leads for sales and building brand awareness.
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage our regional event strategy and calendar, with a mix of Easyship hosted partner events, conferences, third party events (trade shows) and brand activations.
• Maintain and extend high touch digital events, webinars, podcasts, and thought leadership contributions to drive brand awareness in each market
• Contribute to regional customer marketing programs, including cross-functional collaboration w/ internal marketing teams, to develop case studies, promote events, and develop customer newsletters and video testimonials.

Job Purpose:
We are looking for a highly creative and strategic-minded Design Director—a leader-doer—to help us evolve while still staying true to our creative spirit. We are seeking someone who loves design as much as we do — who can consistently inspire design teams to deliver exceptional and thought-provoking work. Your own design work sets an extremely high bar, and acts as an example which designers want to follow. You are constantly pushing the boundaries of creativity, and always looking for opportunities for provocative collaborations between design disciplines at Easyship. You will be a Brand Guardian of our design system, and stretch, pull and systemize our elements in order to stay ahead. Design and Typography is your passion and you can talk Brand Design in your sleep.
You will also be managing the execution of all seasonal creative work, ensuring it is produced on time, to the highest possible quality standards. Time spent in this role will be approximately 40% seasonal concept and design development, 30% design execution, and 30% management, collaboration, and presentation. A confident, articulate creative with strong attention to detail, you provide forthright, daily feedback and guidelines to creative partners to bring our seasonal campaigns to life.
Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the seasonal conceptual and visual design development, aesthetic exploration, branded site design, social media content creation, and the overall customer experience and final execution of design directions for all print and digital assets across the organization.
• Work on projects truly from start to finish.
• Be responsible for the creative success of medium-sized to large projects – often more than one at the same time, day-to-day.
• Work collaboratively with cross-disciplinary design teams to build systemic branding solutions.
• Manage multiple projects of varying types of deliverables.
• Ensure all final design deliverables for a project are pixel-perfect.

Job Purpose:
We are looking for a highly creative and strategic-minded Design Director—a leader-doer—to help us evolve while still staying true to our creative spirit. We are seeking someone who loves design as much as we do — who can consistently inspire design teams to deliver exceptional and thought-provoking work. Your own design work sets an extremely high bar, and acts as an example which designers want to follow. You are constantly pushing the boundaries of creativity, and always looking for opportunities for provocative collaborations between design disciplines at Easyship. You will be a Brand Guardian of our design system, and stretch, pull and systemize our elements in order to stay ahead. Design and Typography is your passion and you can talk Brand Design in your sleep.
You will also be managing the execution of all seasonal creative work, ensuring it is produced on time, to the highest possible quality standards. Time spent in this role will be approximately 40% seasonal concept and design development, 30% design execution, and 30% management, collaboration, and presentation. A confident, articulate creative with strong attention to detail, you provide forthright, daily feedback and guidelines to creative partners to bring our seasonal campaigns to life.
Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the seasonal conceptual and visual design development, aesthetic exploration, branded site design, social media content creation, and the overall customer experience and final execution of design directions for all print and digital assets across the organization.
• Work on projects truly from start to finish.
• Be responsible for the creative success of medium-sized to large projects – often more than one at the same time, day-to-day.
• Work collaboratively with cross-disciplinary design teams to build systemic branding solutions.
• Manage multiple projects of varying types of deliverables.
