As a Senior Design Lead on our Seller Advertising Experience team, you will help craft the future of this critical and foundational eCommerce touchpoint, working side-by-side with leaders from other disciplines to improve the end-to-end advertising experience for eBay Sellers. We will depend on you to build meaningful, collaborative relationships with our product and engineering partners, with a focus on craft of execution, creating innovative and intuitive solutions for our customers and tackling eBay’s more grueling challenges through product discovery and design thinking.
Responsibilities:
• Create world-class, user-centered designs that solve for customer needs, deliver on business requirements, account for technical feasibility and leverage future trends
• Contribute to the Creative Direction and work with design leaders to ensure a cohesive user-experience across the product portfolio
• Help lead product discovery activities and collaborate on the future direction of the product with peers, researchers, design leaders, product partners, engineers and executives
• Develop conceptual diagrams, information architecture maps, wireframes, visual mockups, lightweight specifications, prototypes and product demos that capture the team’s shared understanding and document solutions to bring to market
• Act a ‘co-founder’ within the cross-functional product team as it works to identify and validate user problems, produce inventive and thoughtful solutions for users that also work for the business, and ships to market meaningful product updates that deliver tangible results
Requirements:
• Degree in interaction design, HCI, industrial design, graphic design, visual communications or equivalent and 10+ years of professional experience in Product Design
• Outstanding portfolio demonstrating a broad range of product design work across web-based applications, consumer experiences and mobile devices
• Experience driving product design for end-to-end projects and a strong understanding of user-centered design processes in agile, cross-functional teams
• Hands-on experience in new product and concept development, including generative research, storyboarding, user-journey mapping, competitive analysis, prototyping, qualitative interviews and quantitative testing
• Ability to synthesize together industry trends, internal and third-party research, team insights, business priorities and stakeholder feedback into actionable UX strategy and design priorities
• Thought leadership in the e-commerce space and hands-on experience creating ad campaign management and marketing platform tools a plus
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment in California, Washington, or New York City is expected in the range below.
$168,400-$262,900
Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). About the role:

Key Responsibilities:
Protecting our sellers from bad acting buyers

The Sanctions compliance team at eBay Commerce Inc. (eCI) is seeking a Sanctions Compliance Specialist. The Sanctions compliance team performs a critical role in ensuring eBay’s compliance with applicable laws and regulations, those promulgated by the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), contributing to a culture of compliance to ensure efficient and effective management of eCI’s sanctions risk.
The Sanctions Compliance Specialist will provide support to the Sanctions Compliance Counsel, senior Anti-Money Laundering (AML) leadership, and business units on OFAC and other sanctions matters, as directed, which may include:
• Conduct enhanced investigations into sanctions compliance matters using internal, vendor-provided, and publicly-available information sources and research tools to prepare concise recommendations;
• Provide support for designing and implementing risk-based automated sanctions controls, consistent with eBay’s sanctions policy and all applicable global sanctions regulations;
• Identify, interdict, escalate, and maintain records pertaining to any activity prohibited by OFAC's regulations;
• Provide compliance input and guidance on operational requests;
• Provide support to the Sanctions Compliance Counsel, AML Officer, FIU Director, senior AML leadership and business units on OFAC and other sanctions matters;
• Navigate through complex data, including internal and external research, in order to provide critical information in a well-documented research file;

• 4+ years sanctions or AML compliance work experience;

The Sanctions compliance team at eBay Commerce Inc. (eCI) is seeking a Sanctions Compliance Specialist. The Sanctions compliance team performs a critical role in ensuring eBay’s compliance with applicable laws and regulations, those promulgated by the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), contributing to a culture of compliance to ensure efficient and effective management of eCI’s sanctions risk.
The Sanctions Compliance Specialist will provide support to the Sanctions Compliance Counsel, senior Anti-Money Laundering (AML) leadership, and business units on OFAC and other sanctions matters, as directed, which may include:
• Conduct enhanced investigations into sanctions compliance matters using internal, vendor-provided, and publicly-available information sources and research tools to prepare concise recommendations;
• Provide support for designing and implementing risk-based automated sanctions controls, consistent with eBay’s sanctions policy and all applicable global sanctions regulations;
• Identify, interdict, escalate, and maintain records pertaining to any activity prohibited by OFAC's regulations;
• Provide compliance input and guidance on operational requests;
• Provide support to the Sanctions Compliance Counsel, AML Officer, FIU Director, senior AML leadership and business units on OFAC and other sanctions matters;
• Navigate through complex data, including internal and external research, in order to provide critical information in a well-documented research file;
• Draft and proofread legal documents and correspondence;
• Support any special projects or critical casework;
• Assist with governance, operational, and administrative matters.
Candidates must have:
• 4+ years sanctions or AML compliance work experience;
• Experience with relevant regulatory data sources, regulatory compliance;
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a dynamic and pressurized environment while staying highly organized;
• Commercial outlook with a can-do attitude and be a standout colleague with excellent interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work on confidential and sensitive matters with a high degree of professionalism and discretion;

The role
Come join the Payments Seller Experience team as a Sr. Technical Product Manager. The payment seller experience team is at the core of Payments. Our responsibility is to ensure our sellers adopt our new payments strategy and are aware of everything related to managing payments on eBay. From understanding what funds they have available, when you payouts will have happened, all the details that do into a payout along with all the financial reporting and tools needed to manage their cash flow! We are hiring curious, driven, and courageous specialists to transform our business unit to enable eBay's next generation Payments strategy.

Job Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience translating customer needs into features and solutions, delivering delightful and friction less customer experiences that deliver business results and proven track record of product management experience, preferably in an e-commerce environment
• Experience in payments, payment systems and understand the tools and reporting required for customers to manage and reconcile payment sales
• Excellent communication skills and collaborative in nature, ability to make the complex seem simple
• Ability to shift from developing and communicating a strategy to executing in a cross-functional, matrixed organization
• Ability to collaborate across teams, both yours and others’, to build and execute complex business plans and strategies
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment in California, Washington, or New York City is expected in the range below.
$149,200 - $234,850
Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
