• Process disbursement requests and deposits for the Foundation and prepare related reports.
• Handle meeting notifications/reminders for EVPAFA’s Cabinet meetings; prepare agendas and take meeting minutes.
• Provide support to students, faculty and staff as appropriate.
• Complete travel requests and prepare travel claims for the EVPAFA.
• Handle travel arrangements including hotel and flight reservations.
• Plan conference meetings.
• Maintain electronic calendar for the EVPAFA.
• Reconcile P-card statement.

The department also offers a Master in Management degree program. The person filling this position would be expected to teach finance and/or economic courses (seat-time, blended, and online) in the Master in Management and Master of Science in Accounting programs in addition to the undergraduate program. The Business Administration Department resides in the Stonecipher School of Business.

East Central University is a student-centered regional state university located in Ada, Oklahoma. ECU offers undergraduate baccalaureate degree programs in arts, business, education, mathematics and sciences, nursing, and the social sciences; and master's degrees in business, education, human resources, management, and psychology.
