The eCommerce Catalog Specialist is responsible for assisting in the building and maintaining of the product listing catalog for thousands of SKUs from multiple home textile and home décor brands

Duties and responsibilities

Responsible for periodic large volume SKU additions, image gathering and uploading current products for sale to individual websites.

Work collaboratively with internal teams (i.e., Sales, Marketing and Design) to coordinate and manage any new product rollouts on websites.

Job purpose

The Ecommerce Service Coordinator lives and breathes relationship building between customers and brands. The coordinator is responsible for building and facilitating outstanding customer experiences across all channels of communication.
