PURPOSE:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Ability to read tags on clothing for entering information correctly for the item to be sold on E-Commerce.
• Must be able to type proficiently to list items accurately, comprehensively, with no typos or spelling errors.
• Ability to write creatively and articulately.
• Proof read all item descriptions for clarity, spelling and grammar
• Ability to identify, research, and list rare, collectible and/or unique items.
• Ability to take acceptable digital photos for online listings.
• Upload photos into computer
• Clean and test products as needed.
• Must possess adequate physical endurance to work at industrial standards and fast pace
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; push or pull.
• Must be able to occasionally sit, kneel, squat, and climb.

Job Description
Responsibilities include managing the queue in which ecommerce orders are assigned to the store. Also, they pick, pack, process and ship all e-Commerce orders received for their assigned store location. They may also assist with the backroom and receiving needs of the store.
Qualifications
3-12 months of related experience preferred
Forklift certification or ability to get it within 3 months of starting employment
Job Duties
Print, pack, process and ship orders thru ROC website
Print and fill out packing slip information and send shipments through UPS and Speedee
Handle customer complaints/calls on orders received from stores
Process ship-to-home orders generated by store associates on the sales floor
Ensure all in-store pickups are processed and ready within 24 hours of customer placing order and they are shipped within 48 hours
Actively communicate with ecommerce customer service team at corporate office on CSR orders that need additional attention or action
Assist with Receiving/Freight/Special Order duties as needed
File and sort paperwork by direct vendors and special orders
Contact buyers and assistant buyers regarding problems on freight
Other Duties as requested by Management may include but not limited to helping on sales floor, and contacting vendors with questions on orders

Work Environment and Working Conditions

The work environment is usually fast paced with regular deadlines and sales expectations. Extreme noise and vibrations may occasionally be experienced. Associates may be subjected to hazards such as burns, cuts, electrical, explosive, and mechanical. Due to the nature of the work, associates may be exposed atmospheric conditions such as dust fumes, odors, and poor ventilation. For the safety of our associates, all associates may be required to wear protective devices from time to time, depending on the job/task being performed.

The Supervisor, WFMOA: E-Commerce requires you to lean into five key areas: safety, quality, customer service, productivity, and fun.
On a daily basis, you can expect to support the WFMOA E-Commerce team by:
• Ensuring a safe work environment for all Team Members.
• Reviewing the work forecasts and uphold productivity and utilization requirements to meet the overall WFMOA objectives.
• Partnering with other departments to ensure a timely process flow in and out of stores and helping meet customer order times.
• Proactively identifying and leading process improvement initiatives.
• Balancing labor, ensuring that you are operating a balanced and efficient shift while meeting all production goals.
• Embracing a start-up mentality and emphasize "have fun."
Responsibilities
Supervisors are responsible for ensuring Team Members are properly trained and prepared to focus on their jobs. You will assist Team Leadership in implementing and administering processes and daily work flow. This includes reporting and task delegation in areas including productivity, quality, safety, and customer service - as a means for achieving or exceeding Whole Foods Market expectations. The Supervisor supports Team Members and Team Leadership in ensuring daily operations run smoothly.
Additional responsibilities include:
• Coordinate process flow to ensure products are dispatched on time to meet on-line customer delivery promise
• Maintain awareness of in-store customer needs and direct Team Members as necessary to satisfy and delight customers; responds promptly to customer requests and questions.
• Direct and assign job duties for Team Members
• Partner with leadership in all areas to ensure successful and continuous operations
• Train, audit, and support Team Members to perform WFMOA standard operating procedures
• Ensure Team Members have the proper tools to perform their jobs and communicate repair or replacement when needed to leadership
• Report and escalate systemic issues as necessary and in a timely manner
• Demonstrate and/or perform shopping duties to support their TMs and WFMOA needs
• Review and honor Standard Operating Procedures according to WFMOA practices
Identify, address and resolve safety issues
Basic Qualifications:
• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent
• 6+ months retail experience for employees in a retail, distribution, or logistics environment
• Flexibility to work weekends and or evenings
• Availability to work overtime during peak seasons and as needed year-round
• Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Proficiency with email, Microsoft Office, and operations-related applications including scheduling and ordering software
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience leading others
• Ownership in your work and team
• Ability to learn quickly and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to problem solve and prioritize with little guidance
• High energy, enthusiastic, and displays an affinity for our products, core values, and company
• Demonstrates exceptional level of knowledge surrounding (new) products, item location,
pricing and awareness of relevant competitors and industry trends.
• Demonstrated communication skills (written and verbal)

The e-Commerce Fulfillment Associate is responsible for performing a variety of duties that support Goodwill of North Florida's on-line sales of donated items. • Pull sold orders from inventory
• As needed, pull sold items for customer pick up and secure in designated area
• Properly package sold product
• Create Shipping Labels following UPS and USPS guidelines
• Monitor packing supplies
• Monitor completion of daily shipments and maintain monthly shipping manifests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the fulfillment area
• Meet minimum shipping goals
• Processing donations adhering to Goodwill's standards and guidelines
• Regularly meeting or exceeding quota standards
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area
• Following all safety procedures
• Following all Loss Prevention guidelines and safety/security measures
• Other duties may be assigned as business needs require
Minimum Qualification
• High School or GED preferred
• Some work experience and knowledge of brand names and styles helpful
• Good communication skills
• Must be able to demonstrate good judgment in recognizing items appropriate for sale
• Able to follow instructions and comply with policies and procedures
• Able to maintain good relationships with coworkers and management and work well in a team environment
• Must be flexible and willing to learn
• Data entry and typing skills
• Must have basic computer skills including navigating on the internet and web-browing
• Must be familiar with key Internet sites including eBay and Amazon
• Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
