PURPOSE:

To identify and select donated products for sale online, thoroughly examine each product to determine the correct condition, manufacturer and other pertinent criteria, take detailed, clear and appropriate photos, write concise, appealing and accurate descriptions necessary to list items on the E-Commerce site to maximize sales.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Ability to read tags on clothing for entering information correctly for the item to be sold on E-Commerce.
• Must be able to type proficiently to list items accurately, comprehensively, with no typos or spelling errors.
• Ability to write creatively and articulately.
• Proof read all item descriptions for clarity, spelling and grammar
• Ability to identify, research, and list rare, collectible and/or unique items.
• Ability to take acceptable digital photos for online listings.
• Upload photos into computer
• Clean and test products as needed.
• Must possess adequate physical endurance to work at industrial standards and fast pace

The Part-Time Controller will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the company. This includes overseeing the day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, bill pay and cash planning. The ideal candidate will have experience in e-commerce and be able to provide financial insights and guidance to the company's leadership team.

Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
• Oversee day to day bill pay, cash planning and forecasting
• Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
• Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team
• Assist with tax planning and compliance
• Manage relationships with external vendors, including accountants and tax advisors
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
• Provide support to other departments as needed

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• CPA certification preferred but not required
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting or finance, with e-commerce experience
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is a plus

The Supervisor, WFMOA: E-Commerce requires you to lean into five key areas: safety, quality, customer service, productivity, and fun.

On a daily basis, you can expect to support the WFMOA E-Commerce team by:

Responsibilities

The Supervisor supports Team Members and Team Leadership in ensuring daily operations run smoothly.

Additional responsibilities include:
• Coordinate process flow to ensure products are dispatched on time to meet on-line customer delivery promise
• Maintain awareness of in-store customer needs and direct Team Members as necessary to satisfy and delight customers; responds promptly to customer requests and questions.
• Direct and assign job duties for Team Members
• Partner with leadership in all areas to ensure successful and continuous operations
• Train, audit, and support Team Members to perform WFMOA standard operating procedures
• Ensure Team Members have the proper tools to perform their jobs and communicate repair or replacement when needed to leadership
• Report and escalate systemic issues as necessary and in a timely manner
• Demonstrate and/or perform shopping duties to support their TMs and WFMOA needs
• Review and honor Standard Operating Procedures according to WFMOA practices
Identify, address and resolve safety issues

Basic Qualifications:
• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent
• 6+ months retail experience for employees in a retail, distribution, or logistics environment
• Flexibility to work weekends and or evenings
• Availability to work overtime during peak seasons and as needed year-round
• Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Proficiency with email, Microsoft Office, and operations-related applications including scheduling and ordering software

Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience leading others
• Ownership in your work and team
• Ability to learn quickly and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to problem solve and prioritize with little guidance
• High energy, enthusiastic, and displays an affinity for our products, core values, and company
• Demonstrates exceptional level of knowledge surrounding (new) products, item location,

pricing and awareness of relevant competitors and industry trends.

The e-Commerce Fulfillment Associate is responsible for performing a variety of duties that support Goodwill of North Florida's on-line sales of donated items. Minimum Qualification

• Able to follow instructions and comply with policies and procedures
• Able to maintain good relationships with coworkers and management and work well in a team environment
