This role reports to the Digital Marketing and Growth Manager and will work cross-channel with the content team and design teams to execute customer-converting social media strategies. This is a high-visibility role to drive thought leadership and awareness to Educative, with frequent input from the CEO and other senior leaders at the company.
In addition, this role will be vital in the execution of digital marketing campaigns, with growth opportunities to master Hubspot and provide data-driven, measurable results that show your true impact.
We’re looking for a multi-skilled digital marketer who is a subject matter expert in social media, has Hubspot (or similar) experience, who excels at execution, owning goals and results, while using data and experimentation to continually iterate and improve.
Location
We have a hybrid work model to balance focus and family time with face-to-face collaboration, with the opportunity to work remotely two days a week and three days in the office in Bellevue, WA.
Core Responsibilities
• Collaborate directly with marketing, sales, content and design to help set a global social media strategy
• Create and deploy engaging, authentic social media campaigns for developer audiences to generate new *leads, customer conversions and user engagement
• Dig deep into top converting channels to uncover new opportunities to create brand awareness and trust
• Engage audiences cross key social channels
• Assist in digital marketing campaigns in HubSpot to drive conversions and sales leads
• Track key performance indicators and drive discussions about the results
• Master analytics and reporting in order to drive strategy
About You
• Learning mindset with a track record of optimizing and improving user conversions through data
• Excellent planning, execution, and prioritization skills while working in a startup environment (i.e. fast-paced and quick iterations)
• Prior experience working with technical / developer audiences (or a deep understanding of how to research and adapt writing and content for different audiences)
• Curious, growth-minded, collaborative, and takes ownership of goals and results
• 7 - 9 years prior experience engaging developer audiences across social platforms, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter or as a technical writer
• Hands-on experience with technical products and audiences
• A creative, passionate, convincing communicator
• Experience with Hubspot Marketing and HubSpot Certified a bonus
• Startup experience preferred

Sales/Use Tax, B&O, Property Tax, etc.
About you:
2 - 5 years of relevant experience, CPA a plus SaaS industry experience (Preferred) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and adhere to tight deadlines Strong/Advanced MS Excel skills Attention to detail and proactive approach Strong communication skills, written and verbal Please note that we are a fixed hybrid office - 3 days in the office (M, T, Th) and 2 days remote.
Pay range in Bellevue, WA.
Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience.
Base salary budget is approximately $100,000/yr.
