Job Description
We're looking for a strategic and conceptual thinker who also leads the execution of their ideas across touchpoints. This role is responsible for multi-channel work and will collaborate with other members of the brand team on all creative elements, spanning identity to tonality to execution. They will lead eharmony's design efforts and work closely with domestic and international teams including online marketing, product, and brand.

You Will:
• Collaborate closely with marketing peers to understand their business objectives, hold eharmony to a standard of creative excellence, and monitor results together.
• Develop engaging, powerful creative that communicates key messages to consumers and drives meaningful business impact.
• Take a process-led approach to the role, clearly defining team priorities and managing resources across multiple projects.

Areas of Responsibility:
• Online Marketing: Brainstorm, visualize and implement digital marketing materials for all common platforms (Google, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, email, Apple, etc.)
• Campaign Development: Develop creative direction and support assets, messaging, and collateral for campaigns or activations, both in-app and external

eharmony’s Marketing Department is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to support our social media efforts to drive broad consumer awareness, consideration and engagement in both the U.S. and Canada. The Social Media Coordinator will specifically assist with the implementation of our organic social media marketing efforts, including content creation, community management, distribution and analytics across all platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Twitter. As one of the OGs in the dating app world, eharmony is looking to distribute content that inspires younger audiences to connect with the dating app known for real love and create positive and relevant conversation about the brand.
