Your role & responsibilities:
• Processing all incoming press releases in a timely manner
• Managing tasks connected to all internal back-office managers
• Resolving questions and service issues for customers via email
• Accurately documenting customer interactions
• Meeting qualitative and quantitative targets
What are our expectaions?
• You should have at least an asscociate degree in education or be a university student
• We require a minor administrative experience
• You should be accurate and detail-oriented
• Excellent orientation on the Internet
• Ability to search for the information
• We appreciate if you are tech savvy
• Independence and creativity
• Ability to work between 10-3 pm or 3-9 pm EST
• You need your computer with a stable internet connection
