Must Have:
• 2 years in a fine dining restaurant of comparable quality of service (for lunch, 1 1.5 years)
• Knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcohol drinks.
• The ability to open bottled wine with ease and meeting industry standards.
• Open availability on weekends.
• Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance required.
• The ability to carry full cocktail and large oval trays safely & consistently.
• Ability to sustain high energy activities for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Can work on their feet for extended periods of time.
• Be able to take ownership of your work and willing to be held accountable for your actions.
• Must have stage presence at all times.
Preferred:
• Minimum 3 years in a fine dining restaurant of comparable quality of service and volume.
Pay: Average $35-50/hour with commissions and tips ($7/hour base rate + 12% commission on individual gross sales before discounts or promotions applied).
Benefits (subject to eligibility based on hours worked and length of service):
• Health Insurance medical, dental, vision, prescription, life insurance, long-term disability (need to work 30 hours per week)
• Paid Time Off accrue 1 hour of PTO for every 30 hours worked

Responsibilities of this position include:
• Performs basic stripping operations of coverings from existing interior panels and re-cover with new materials
• Repair damaged interior panels as directed
• Strip coverings from existing interior panels and re-cover with new materials
• Able to lead and direct disassemble and reassemble aircraft interiors
• Cut, fit and install aircraft carpeting as required.
• Works with team in order to complete established goals
• Repair damaged interior panels if directed by the Interior Install Crew Chief.
Top candidates will possess:
• Willingness to work on a team with both experienced technicians and mentor junior technicians with a calm demeanor
• Ability to communicate well in straightforward situations
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Excellent workmanship aptitude and a desire to initiate improvements
Other requirements include:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to attain and retain AOA badge or Airport requirements
