The ideal candidate has experience writing eBooks and white papers, alongside blog, web, and thought leadership content, who is skilled at toggling between product specific writing and thought leadership. To thrive in this role, you will have a passion for not only marketing but also connecting content strategy to business results. You have honed the ability to adapt your writing style for different channels, media, and personas so that your words immediately resonate immediately with the intended audience. We need an innovative, fast-moving, creative yet data-driven content producer to take our business to a new level. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Work closely with the Managing Director of Marketing to craft Interfolio’s content strategy to align with both enterprise... and consumer audiences Write, edit, and project manage high-quality content to align with key personas, brand, voice, and the buyers’ journey. Projects could include: eBooks, white papers promoting our category and products Blog posts (ranging from thought leadership, product focused, and SEO driven) Infographics, videos, and snackable content Digital ad copy Organic social media Email newsletters (client, thought leadership, consumer) Serve as main copywriter/editor and writing coach for the marketing department to ensure content is consistent with brand voice, style, tone, and any SEO needs Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics Manage vendor relationships and external writers to help produce and promote content Work with Demand Generation team to identify appropriate content for campaigns Help create and contribute to a marketing content calendar, allocating resources, determining targets and timelines Manage marketing content library including uploading and maintaining assets in digital library systems and other platforms. Monitor, track, and document content performance, and analyze data to determine the impact on revenue Required Qualifications 5+ years of writing, editing, and proofreading skills Experience developing and managing 12-month content calendar Experience in the B2B software space and/or higher education is a plus Proven curiosity for quantitative data analysis for measuring program effectiveness. Requirements
· Experience calling on corporate institutions selling complex products at c- level.
· Experience managing complex matrix of internal and external stakeholders.
· Experience using digital sales automation tools and CRMs.
· Experience in managing large, complex customers, driving customer engagement and growing sales. (Within biotech/pharmaceutical/medical device/CRO accounts).
· Have high level of motivation with extensive business acumen. Communication and presentation skills (verbal including on-line delivery and written) coupled with interpersonal skills.
· Have a strategic, consultative selling approach paired with enthusiasm and energy!
· Have a college education from an institution.
· Able to travel as needed for accounts within the US and/or Canada.

• Ensuring that administrative tasks are performed in an effective and efficient manner. This includes copying, reviewing mail, drafting correspondence, screening telephone calls, and maintaining files. Resolving routine to complex inquiries, working proactively and solo as well as exercising maturity and resourcefulness.
Requirements
• Have minimum of seven years of administrative experience, with experience in global matrixed organizations.
• Demonstrate ability to handle confidential information appropriately; diplomacy, professional conduct and discretion always exhibited.
• Possess excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Able to work well in a collaborative environment and a drive to collaborate across multiple internal departments
• Able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail
• Show proficiency in MSOffice Suite, Concur for Travel and expense planning.
