We sell our SaaS platform to medium and enterprise organizations and Digital / e-commerce Agencies to engage clients and prospects throughout their buyer's journey to conversion and beyond. Our clients love us, and we love them back.
We are expanding rapidly and need a high-energy, self-motivated team player Account Executive to support and help our customers to thrive!
As a Farmer, you'll be at the heart of fostering and preserving vibrant connections with our valued clients, while also discovering innovative opportunities to amplify their experiences with our cutting-edge solutions.
This is a full-time position based in Denver with a Remote option and office in Austin, Central, and South America.
Targeted Base Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00, with additional monthly commission potential of $5,000. This is a salaried plus commissioned role.
Characteristics of an emBlue Account Manager:
• A quick learner who is willing to apply those learnings to help others. Outgoing with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Developing a solid understanding of emBlue products and the ability to link this to solve customers' pains
• Creating and delivering intentionally strategies that meet customers' needs
• Manage and nurture a portfolio of existing client accounts in the US to ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention
• Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs, goals, and challenges, providing solutions that enhance our value proposition
• Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth
• Address any customer issues or concerns, working collaboratively with our support department to find resolutions in a timely manner
• Stay current on company offerings and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to clients
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
• Assist in developing and implementing strategies for account retention and growth
You will align with the company's goals & objectives, looking to exceed the sales quota.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-centric sales, account management, or business development role
• * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset
• Experience with Customer Engagement Platforms or similar software solutions is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and initiative
Experience & Qualifications:
• 3+ years of in a customer-centric sales, account management, or business development role
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing client accounts
• Solid sales qualification experience, utilizing a consultative mindset
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset
• Experience with Customer Engagement Platforms or similar software solutions is a plus
• Exceptional interpersonal communication and presentation skills
