GENERAL SUMMARY
The Education Program Development Specialist is responsible for assisting in the development of ENA’s emergency nursing residency program and any key education offerings utilizing comprehensive, evidence-based knowledge of emergency nursing. GENERAL SUMMARY
The Education Coordinator supports the administrative aspects of department projects, committees, work teams and initiatives while providing on-going administrative support to the Director, Educational Content, Director, Course Management and Sr Manager, Digital Learning. Assists the department and organization with special projects and events.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provides administrative support for the department leaders including active calendar management, completing budgetary expense reports, travel arrangements, itineraries, agendas, summaries, managing the flow of department information line and email inbox, written correspondence.
• Provides administrative support project management support for projects, committees, workgroups and other department initiatives, including the development of meeting materials, meeting logistics, and travel arrangements, contract/agreement management as well as posting messages or documents to web-based ENA member communities.
• Coordinate key TNCC projects including revision pilots, quarterly state chair webinars and monthly course instructor meetings
• Coordinates TNCC/ENPC material library and track corrections. Organize and maintain education images library.
• Maintains the department files, including meeting minutes and correspondence.
• Provides administrative support for the department, including maintaining office supplies, copying, updating databases and spreadsheets, and answering department phone calls and taking messages.
• Contributes to the workplace culture that is consistent with the association’s culture statement and emphasizes the mission, vision, and values of the organization.
• Displays a high level of accountability, taking responsibility for individual actions and the impact on the organization. Views oneself as a reflection of the organization by following through on commitments and accepting ownership.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3-5 years of experience in an administrative position
• Program and/or Project management experience
• Customer service focus or experience
