The Account Specialist is responsible for providing Entrust’s internal and external customers with a highly-reliable customer service experience. The position requires the use of independent judgment to: build customer relationships, manage all assigned customer projects and orders; interpret and apply Entrust business practices and systems; troubleshoot and resolve all customer satisfaction issues. Responsibilities: Proactively manage all orders from receipt to closure, communicating via email and phone calls. Provide customer order management and issue resolution including, but not limited to: Analyzes and manages reporting information as it applies to delivering accurate and effective order management to customers. Develops and maintains effective working relationships with internal teams, partners and customers. Delivers on commitments to internal and external customers by identifying unseen barriers and addressing in a proactive manner. Ex: on-time delivery, correct quantities, special shipping instructions, etc. Focuses on meeting each customer’s needs, motives, behaviors and expectations while working in a multi-task environment. Position Overview: As a Principal electrical engineer, you will utilize your design and analytical skills to lead the development of products from concept to production. The new product development team designs innovative products for the card personalization business. We're looking for a Data Analyst (E-Commerce)!

This Data Analyst will have a passion for exploration and discovering hidden insights through data analysis and utilizing web analytics to drive strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, hands-on, well-versed in e-commerce and project management. They will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand and define business objectives. This position will serve as a subject-matter expert for data analysis providing insights for e-commerce projects throughout their lifecycle.

You'll have the opportunity to work closely with various teams to help identify and solve business problems.

Primary Responsibilities (E-commerce support)
• You will assist with most data analysis inquiries about the e-commerce
• You will partner with business stakeholders to identify, plan and execute data strategy for various initiatives
• Assist with required analysis with e-commerce A/B testing framework, recommendation systems and search engines
• Use data to provide insights required for identifying and reducing frictions in customer experience
• You use tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to measure site usability/effectiveness, and present actionable insights and recommendations based on data, results and best practices
• Analyzing e-Commerce sales performance, measuring onsite tests, mining data from multiple sources, and identifying project opportunities
• Use data input generated from the Chatbot to advise on the store conversational strategy

Secondary Responsibility (Project & process support)
• You help define a data plan and KPIs during the initiation phase of projects
• You help track, monitor and report projects progress
• You will use data analysis methodologies to measure the effectiveness of business processes
• You will partner with business stakeholders to help identify bottlenecks in business processes

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Must be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization
• A strong technical understanding of analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, HotJar, etc.)
• 2+ years in E-commerce experience or a related field
• Previous experience discovering and sharing findings with executives

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with database technology and SQL
• Experience with Python or R is a plus
• Exposure to Process Mining
