Job Summary

Troubleshoots and installs advanced circuits, and performs custom installations.

Responsibilities
Installations
• Racks and stacks customer equipment
• Reads installation plans (Visio Drawings / Spreadsheets) and implements installation accordingly
• Installs circuits requiring advanced fiber terminations

Queue Management
• Determines work priorities from the Oracle queue and ensures adherence to all commit times

Testing/Troubleshooting
• Troubleshoots switched / multiplexed / media converted circuits; escalates to, and works with networking group, as needed
• Works with customers to troubleshoot issues

Cross Connects
• Installs/tests/modifies cross connects per SOPs and ensures proper cable management of: coax, fiber, twisted pair copper, and intra-building cross connects
• Installs and tests advanced cross connects circuits (switched, multiplexed, etc.)

Documentation/Reporting
• Maintains detailed written records of all work activity

Projects
• Designs and leads cage / infrastructure modification projects

Training
• Completes all assigned training in a timely manner

Customer Management
• Supports customer satisfaction through timely and precise order execution

Qualifications
• 1+ years experience
• High School Diploma
• JDSU And Fluke experience preferred but not required.

Job Summary

Reporting to the VP, Global Colocation Business, you will oversee a 10+ member, high-performing team of Product Managers. You will also lead and influence a large matrixed team throughout the organization to drive optimization in the business line. This global organization specializes in the colocation product space, our flagship offer.

Responsibility
• Lead an exceptional team of Product Managers and Directors responsible for our flagship colocation product
• Utilize matrixed leadership for regional product resources
• Build strong working relationships across the Product Management, Product Engineering, Customer Experience, Marketing, Sales Leadership, IT, Engineering, Operations and P&L/Country Managers to introduce new products and enhancements
• Serve as Product Expert on the Colocation product strategy, roadmap, business cases and overall global product requirements
• Manage, develop and motivate staff, including hiring, coaching, performance reviews and rewards
• Manages global product managers and works with regional functional product teams to: 
• Manage the Colocation product portfolio and performance with a strong focus on P&L
• Ensures visibility of the Colocation product portfolio cross functionally working towards global consistency and championing customer inspired innovation
• Oversees the execution of global product plans, in conjunction with Marketing, Product Engineering, IT and Regional Product Managers

Job Summary
• Establish and direct an Agile Release Management
• Drive improvements relating to GTM (go to market) release cycles
• Establish CI initiatives, drive automation and optimization initiatives
• Work with team to drive project/workstream progress and ensure duties are assigned and completed
• Work with team to drive alignment with stakeholders from request initiation to release
• Communicate team and project progress, issues and risks, and manage escalations
