The RFP Registration and Intake Team is seeking an individual contributor role to support the business need for RFP processing in a fast pace, production environment. This individual will work on manual RFP setups and assist with the development of the automated solutions for RFPs to be systematically loaded.
Day to day responsibilities include adhering to SLA’s and turnaround times, managing inventory, processing requests from distribution partners and internal stakeholders and partnering with Underwriting to be sure the case is set up correctly so they can handle the rating and quoting.
The base salary range for this position is $37,440 - $53,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

The Business Analyst will support the delivery of new products, product functionality, and other enhancements as directed by Individual Retirement Commercial Tribe, IT, and Individual Retirement/Group Retirement Operations. The base salary range for this position is $67,000 - $100,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. • 2 years’ experience in QA and / or user acceptance testing

The Business Analyst will support the delivery of new products, product functionality, and other enhancements as directed by Individual Retirement Commercial Tribe, IT, and Individual Retirement/Group Retirement Operations. The business analyst will be an IR STAR chapter representative in an Individual Retirement IT squad and will be responsible for validation and ongoing production support of system enhancements that impact the squad, as well as daily inquiries received from Service Operations, Equitable Advisors, 3rd Party Broker dealers, Equitable Distributors, and other internal groups. In addition to supporting Commercial Tribes, IT and Service Operations, the role will require support of other business units such as Controls, Compliance, Legal and Finance, when applicable. Individual will be responsible for analysis of business requirements related to Individual Retirement and Group Retirement, development and execution of test plans, and validation of system changes, as well as production support activities related to client communications such as confirmation notices, statements of account and tax forms. The business analyst will partner with IT and outside vendors to analyze and develop solutions to critical system defects. Will also require high level understanding of end-to-end systems and processing related to commissions and DTCC.
