We... are looking for an experienced growth leader to take this value proposition to market to drive the acquisition of creators as well as fuel the demand side of the marketplace by acquiring more event-goers across all paid and owned channels.
THE TEAM

Reporting directly to the CMO, you will also work closely with the Chief Executive Officer and the executive team.
THE ROLE
You will be responsible for evolving and setting the company’s growth strategy and leading a team of growth marketers, including performance marketing, SEO, demand generation, and international growth tasked with growing both sides of our marketplace. You will be required to lead operating model evolution, leading the team through change as we up-level our capabilities. You will partner closely with Product Development, Engineering, and Sales to drive alignment and ensure that our acquisition strategies and tactics are best-in-class, performant, and optimized. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on a high-growth company in a fast-moving dynamic marketplace. YOU WILL
• Design and lead implementation of growth strategy by using paid and organic media channels to grow new user acquisition, partnering closely with Sales, Product and Engineering leadership.
• Lead SEO strategy and drive cross-functional execution across Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Lead rapid experimentation of new channels, campaigns, creative, incentives, and approaches.
• Optimize the creator user journey to ensure we are delivering the right lead to the right conversion channel (sales or self-sign-on (SSO)).
• Uncover new channels and opportunities to scale our sales channel.
• Experiment to determine the correct model and channels for consumer (event-goer) acquisition.
• Own marketing attribution decisions, working closely with Data and Analytics teams to strengthen our tracking and measurement.
• Partner deeply with the creative team to develop creative and performant campaigns.
• Develop and manage the annual plan and budget and, in collaboration with FP&A, adjust plans monthly based upon realized return on investment.
• Recruit and lead a team of skilled growth marketers to drive growth strategy, campaign ideation, execution, and analysis, continually raising the bar on technical and analytical skills.
• Report key learnings and performance to the executive team on a recurring basis.
The Skillset
• 15+ years of Growth Marketing, leading both SEO and Performance Marketing at both B2C and B2B companies.
• Have worked in hyper-growth and scaled tech companies.
• Strong marketing instincts and proven track record of shaping and executing successful user growth strategies.
• Deep understanding of Marketing Technology and media platforms (e.g. Meta, Google, etc.)
• Strong analytics background and ability to synthesize, analyze and interpret data and transfer into actionable strategy.
• Strong leadership presence; serves as a senior leader within a company, influential with a cross-functional group of stakeholders and can create buy-in with both technical and operational teams.
• Proven people leader having built strong and diverse teams with high employee engagement.
BONUS POINTS
• Experience in brand media and ability to lead local and national media buys
• Experience leading a global team
