HOW YOU WILL IMPACT THE BIG PICTURE:
As the Production Assistant, you will be responsible for the technical setup and operation of all audio related production functions in the studio or in the field, including interviews, music, voice-overs, telephone interfaces, roll-ins, and any other audio effects that may be required.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
• Coordinate with the Director, Producer and Management on audio requirements and setup required for both studio and remote productions.
• Set up and position microphones for talent, music and/or ambient sound as the production requires.
• You will be responsible for selecting & operating all audio related equipment.
• Maintain proper source levels (microphones, clip players, decks, telephone interface, CD, etc.) and relational perspective as production requires.
• File equipment trouble reports as necessary.
• Assist in setting up and taking down sets and production equipment in the studio and in the field.
• Assist editors by organizing, capturing and ingesting media.
• Assist producers by logging and labeling media, monitoring productions, completing necessary reports, etc.

ABOUT YOU:
• You have 2 - 3 years' experience in TV broadcast/cable production or related field and experience in live audio production.
• You are proficient at Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and other computer programs as required.
• You must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.

The Production Travel Coordinator will coordinate all logistical details to provide a positive guest experience, including travel, transportation, dining services and housing for guests, as well as coordinate details for the Production team and those traveling to the Irondale campus. General:

• You have a minimum of 3 years of office/administrative experience
• You possess strong computer skills, including Microsoft suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)

HOW YOU WILL IMPACT THE BIG PICTURE:
As the Donor Experience Officer, you'll be responsible for the stewardship, cultivation and solicitation of donors in the segment defined as mid-level donors. Using data from our fundraising software and program analytics, you'll build strong relationships with donors by phone, email, and other channels to ensure their continued engagement with EWTN content and continued philanthropic support of the work of the Network.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
• Build 1:1 relationship with a portfolio of mid-level donors, effectively communicating the Network's gratitude and providing donors an opportunity to be heard and to give feedback.
• Steward mid-level donors using multi-channel communications to include phone, email, handwritten notes, and virtual visits.
• Occasionally meet with donors in-person - for example, to provide a tour of the EWTN campus in Irondale, AL.
• Renew and upgrade gifts through direct mail fund appeals that are versioned for the mid-level donors and include special touches such as a business card and lift note.
• Maintain awareness of the most critical fundraising needs of the Network and communicate these needs to donors.
• Maintain awareness of the impact of the Network on the global Church and communicate the impact to donors.
• Maintain accurate records of donor conversations and record relevant notes in the fundraising software.
• Collaborate with team members to build workflows that identify mid-level donors requiring cultivation and stewardship.

ABOUT YOU:
• You have 5+ years of development, fundraising, or related nonprofit work experience.
• You display exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills across mediums, especially through use of phone and video conferencing.
• You have a proven track record of success in achieving goals and fundraising metrics.
• You possess a demonstrated knowledge of development/fundraising concepts and techniques, and of gift planning and procedures.
• You are a practicing Catholic with demonstrated understanding of the faith and EWTN's mission.
• You have experience handling interpersonal relationships maturely, thoughtfully, and empathetically and are responsible with confidential information.
• You are a self-starter with the ability to work independently and remotely.
• You have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field of study.

As the Legacy Giving Officer, you will be responsible for assisting donors in accomplishing their philanthropic goals while simultaneously working to help EWTN advance its mission. The LGO will implement a comprehensive plan for identification, qualification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of current donors and potential prospects who have an interest in supporting EWTN.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
• Solicit donations to increase philanthropic support for the mission of EWTN.
• Establish and manage relationships in an evolving portfolio of approximately 125-150 prospects and donors.
• Gather data, assess prospects, and develop comprehensive long-range and short-term strategies designed to realize current planned and lifetime giving potential of individual prospects.
• Build and nurture collaborative, donor centric long-term relationships to effectively match interest of prospects and donors to specific EWTN needs.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of pertinent communications and contact reports following prospect and donor engagements within the CRM database.
• Draft and customize correspondence, proposals, and other written materials to identify prospects and donors, which includes the ability to run detailed gift illustrations using Crescendo's gift illustration software.
• Provide knowledge and expertise for planned gift solicitations, including: charitable gift annuities, real property and other non-cash assets, charitable remainder trusts, donor advised funds, beneficiary designations, bequests, life insurance policies, endowments, and retained life estates.
• Provide tax and estate planning information necessary to secure or promote planned/deferred gifts.
• Prepare and review documents for planned/deferred gift opportunities for prospective donors.
• Continue professional development by attending seminars and conferences, as well as keeping abreast of current tax laws as they pertain to charitable giving and administration of programs.
• Seek the opinions of Mission Advancement Team, tax, legal and other advisors of EWTN on complex matters, when appropriate.
• Maintain a strong professional networking relationship with peer representatives and the EWTN staff.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of EWTN priorities.
• Represent EWTN at functions, events and meetings as required.
• Travel regionally/nationally/internationally (potentially 30-40%) as well as attend evening and weekend activities as required.
