We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our successful, and growing, Enterprise Sales Team.
You are an enthusiastic, confident, self-motivated and driven individual with a desire to further your career in software sales. You have strong knowledge of the complex purchasing and procurement processes and requirements of an Enterprise business across all business verticals. You have strong business acumen, impressive written and oral language skills, and finesse in your ability to master both the art and the science of complex sales cycles. You have a history of meeting and/or exceeding quarterly and yearly quotas selling into the Enterprise space. You are also passionate about the customer experience, their “story” and our part to play in it.
Your role in our team:
• Full sales cycle management of opportunities from marketing qualified leads through to signed order and handover to our client onboarding specialists with the ability to articulate our value proposition, proactively navigate a complex sales cycle, navigate objections and foster relationships with clients.
• Work closely with our Product Specialist team to optimise the sales journey for customers across all sectors and all sizes.
• Cultivate lasting customer relationships that enable you to identify opportunities to deliver additional solutions and expand our footprint.
• Build and manage a pipeline of leads stemming from BDR Team, MQLs, Resellers, and Conferences/Events and navigate all from prospect to close.
• Meet and exceed quarterly and yearly revenue targets.
• Use Salesforce.com, Clari, and Outreach to maintain excellent records.
• Use your customer experiences to provide feedback to Sales Management, Marketing and Product teams to improve our solutions.
What we are looking for:
Previous experience in technology sales, ideally SaaS or software, and preferably with larger accounts.
• Consistent track record of quota or target achievement.
• Great work ethic with a passion for closing deals and building strong customer relationships.
• Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to excel in a team oriented atmosphere
• Experience of giving web-based demonstrations to clients
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle priorities
• Strong planning, writing, presentation and communication skills

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Sales Acumen: Must have proficiency in software selling environments; must be familiar with Saas, Cloud, marketplaces, how it is sold, how it is fulfilled through the Channel, and how Distributors provide services to Resellers, MSPs etc.
Salesforce: ADM 201 desired, or a strong history with the CRM.
Analytical Prowess: Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and provide actionable insights.

As part of this growth, we are looking for Business Development Representatives to join our newly formed Business Development team in Nashville, TN.
We’re looking for enthusiastic, confident, self-motivated, and driven individuals who can communicate with companies between 21 and 200 employees to increase revenue spend
Our business development team works to agreed targets by pursuing opportunities with prospective accounts and mining new opportunities with lightly touched leads.
• Key Responsibilities*
Your role will involve:
• Partnering with internal resources in order to drive additional value and expertise
• Generating pipeline that leads to closed revenue and quota attainment
• Build specific product knowledge and understand the market to add value to customers.
• Managing a multichannel outreach approach (email, social media, phone, written, etc.).
• Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Finding the right candidate is important to us and we are looking for someone who has an entrepreneurial mind set, willing to make cold calls as well as:
• Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Outstandingly motivated and driven to succeed.
• Energy and enthusiasm for establishing rapport with key decision makers.
And it would be a bonus if you had:
• Sales experience
• Background in IT software/ technology
• CRM and lead nurturing experience

Key Responsibilities • Managing a group of around ten talented engineers in a specific area of expertise over multiple squads. Collaborating with the tech leads to create a high performing and engaged engineering culture. • Supporting and encouraging self-development and continual learning, working to understand individual capability, and fostering a culture of support and coaching. • Communicating technical and career progression opportunities, through training plans and career ladders, encouraging event attendance and supporting training in both technical and soft skills. • Organising and conducting regular 1:1s with team members, gathering feedback, and utilising objectives and quarterly reviews to target growth. • Managing performance through appraisals and linking them to personal development plans ensuring employee wellbeing and retention. • Understanding team capabilities, capacity, and performance to ensure correct allocation of engineers across the squads, and to support individual growth. • Growing the team - you will be responsible for supporting the hiring of notable talent into the team. • Working alongside the Technical and Product team to support prioritisation of work, removing blockers and driving efficiency and delivery capability. • Contributing and maintain adherence to best practices around documentation and engineering leadership within the company. Skills Knowledge and Expertise • Experience in an engineering management or technical leadership role, with the ability to influence, persuade and motivate teams of engineers. • An understanding or background in software engineering, with a sound knowledge of development and technical principles, methodologies, and values. • Excellent ability to establish trust and build relationships with engineers, peers, and stakeholders across the business; you will be able to communicate clearly and succinctly, and without ambiguity. • Previous experience developing high-performing and autonomous teams and ensuring visibility of team and individual performance. • Record of helping individuals to achieve their career goals and managing performance. • A pragmatic approach to development activity, and the ability to understand the balance of effort against any potential gains with the ability to encourage pragmatism within the team. • Desire to work in an ambitious high paced scale-up chasing unicorn status.
