We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our successful, and growing, Enterprise Sales Team.

You are an enthusiastic, confident, self-motivated and driven individual with a desire to further your career in software sales. You have strong knowledge of the complex purchasing and procurement processes and requirements of an Enterprise business across all business verticals. You have strong business acumen, impressive written and oral language skills, and finesse in your ability to master both the art and the science of complex sales cycles. You have a history of meeting and/or exceeding quarterly and yearly quotas selling into the Enterprise space. You are also passionate about the customer experience, their “story” and our part to play in it.

Your role in our team:
• Full sales cycle management of opportunities from marketing qualified leads through to signed order and handover to our client onboarding specialists with the ability to articulate our value proposition, proactively navigate a complex sales cycle, navigate objections and foster relationships with clients.
• Work closely with our Product Specialist team to optimise the sales journey for customers across all sectors and all sizes.
• Cultivate lasting customer relationships that enable you to identify opportunities to deliver additional solutions and expand our footprint.
• Build and manage a pipeline of leads stemming from BDR Team, MQLs, Resellers, and Conferences/Events and navigate all from prospect to close.
• Meet and exceed quarterly and yearly revenue targets.
• Use Salesforce.com, Clari, and Outreach to maintain excellent records.
• Use your customer experiences to provide feedback to Sales Management, Marketing and Product teams to improve our solutions.

What we are looking for:
Previous experience in technology sales, ideally SaaS or software, and preferably with larger accounts.
• Consistent track record of quota or target achievement.
• Great work ethic with a passion for closing deals and building strong customer relationships.
• Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to excel in a team oriented atmosphere
• Experience of giving web-based demonstrations to clients
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle priorities
• Strong planning, writing, presentation and communication skills
• Fluent in English [and bonus points for bi/tri-lingual Spanish and/or Portuguese]
• Willingness to learn from colleagues and develop your sales career.

The Sales Enablement function at Exclaimer supports our commercial teams with the learning materials, content and resources to drive our growth and success.
Partnering with the sales leadership team and broader enablement team (Product Marketing), the Sales Enablement Manager will develop and execute impactful, data-driven solutions for transforming the sales process. Success is measured by the overall business impact of these solutions and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
• Work with sales leadership to develop, execute and optimize enablement programs.
• Determine sales enablement priorities with sales stakeholders.
• Build trusted relationships with sales reps.
• Serve as a liaison between sales, marketing and product teams.
• Provide effective onboarding and training programs.
• Coordinate and create content for ongoing training.
• Gather and relay feedback to continuously iterate on the enablement strategy.
• Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the sales team.
• Maintain sales enablement software, such as Outreach.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise
• 2 years experience in a high-performance sales organization in sales, enablement, or learning and development.
• A strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools and training.
• Experience with content management and learning management systems.
• Able to build internal relationships with sales and marketing.
• Excellent communication skills.

Position Overview:
We are on the hunt for a dedicated
Channel Operations Manager to bolster our operations team. This role will have a focus on our Channel, Alliances & Distribution Operations, working closely with both our Director of Revenue Operations & SVP Of Channel. This role is pivotal in supporting and enabling our frontline sales teams to achieve more, with greater efficiency and less friction. As a Channel Operations Manager, you'll be the linchpin that ensures our sales process runs smoothly, empowering our sales representatives to do what they do best: sell.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Support: Provide strategic direction to the channel team, ensuring a streamlined process that minimizes friction and maximizes efficiency.
Research & Data Analysis: Dive deep into sales data, extracting insights that can guide our sales strategy and tactics.
Training: Document and train staff in processes that drive excellence, ensuring that our team is always at the forefront of sales best practices.
Efficiency Optimization: Enhance the efficiency of our channel & sales reps in handling leads, managing transactions, and optimizing time.
Channel Data Management: Oversee the management of sales data, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
Channel Program Management Develop programs to meet channel needs and match competitive offerings (program benefits, incentives, partner experience)
Channel Technology Management Support Marketplace, Third party integrations / Technology partners. Scope SFDC changes required to support the Channel Strategy
Partner Relationship Management (PRM) Manage the PRM system to ensure an optimal experience for our partners and resellers.
Inter-departmental Collaboration: Work on multifaceted projects involving stakeholders across various departments, including Marketing, Product, Finance, and Strategy.
Reporting: Communicate Channel campaign results to managers and other relevant departments, ensuring alignment and understanding across the board.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Sales Acumen: Must have proficiency in software selling environments; must be familiar with Saas, Cloud, marketplaces, how it is sold, how it is fulfilled through the Channel, and how Distributors provide services to Resellers, MSPs etc.
Salesforce: ADM 201 desired, or a strong history with the CRM.
Analytical Prowess: Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and provide actionable insights.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Experience working with various teams and departments, driving data-driven insights through comprehensive reporting.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities, given the volume of sales data managed throughout the year.
Communication: Stellar communication skills, facilitating effective interactions with sales representatives, managers, and other stakeholders.
Project Management: Proven expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring each is executed to perfection. Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain relationships across various departments and teams.
Partner Management Systems: Familiar with Partner Management Systems such as Impartner or Partner Ecosystem Platforms such as Crossbeam.
