Job Description

Handle global expatriate transactional requests and information queries received from employees, Local HR, HR Business Partners and line managers via web forms, email and telephone.

Principle Accountabilities
• Execute a wide range of global transactional processes for Shell expatriates, such as travel or education claims, payments& deductions or housing and immigration cases.
• Act as first point of HR contact for process and policy queries of expatriates during their assignment
• Liaise with HR Business Partners, HR in the Country, Employees, and Line Managers, as required in order to resolve cases.
• Manage cases according to established ways of working, including case logging in EIC/Sales Force, efiling, management of work in progress and keeping customers informed, meeting established KPIs and SLAs, escalating complex issues and working with other parties as required
• Share best practices within the team and drive continues improvement in service delivery through participation in improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to the Global Approval Matrix (GAM) and Financial Control Manual (implementing all established financial controls in daily work) & Data Privacy rules, including reporting all FCM & Data Privacy breaches.

• Previous experience in Shared Services environment is advantageous
• Experience in customer service is advantageous
• Strong IT skills (SAP & Microsoft Office) is advantageous

WORK SCHEDULE: 9AM-6PM, 12PM-9PM, and 8PM-5AM

Job Description
• THIS IS AN EXPATRIATE ROLE LOCATED IN JAPAN, THIS ASSIGNMENT WILL REQUIRE THE CANDIDATE TO RELOCATE FOR A MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS**

The Field Service Technician will be responsible for the programming, maintenance, and repair of a country-wide ASTRO P25 IV&D system with full IA certification including Master site, Management site, remote RF sites, MC75000 dispatch sites, Subscriber products, MESH AP’s, and ACE3600 Fire Alerting Systems. The System Technologist will interface with numerous US Military personnel as well as Local Nationals employed by the US Military. Country wide travel to equipment locations is required and in some cases hiking into a site is also required.

Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance. IAT III/IATII, A+, Network+, and Security+ Certified. Complete understanding of IT networks, STP, MRP, VLAN and VPN’s including but not limited to Cisco and Brocade Switches, Routers, and Servers utilizing Windows, Solaris, Redhat, and Linux operating systems. Complete knowledge of and ability to program and repair Motorola’s RF product line including Portables, Mobiles, Control Stations, and Repeaters. Must possess strong interpersonal, presentation, and communications skills both orally and written. Completion of the following Motorola training:

• IAT II certification (requires at a minimum Sec+ and and OS)

• Must have good understanding of Japanese culture to ensure successful transition to new assignment for expat and their family.
• Must have knowledge of government policies and procedures relating to Japanese expats.
• Must have experience in Visa procurement process.
• Must have payroll processing experience
• Must be detailed and have good organizational skills and have good communication skills (verbal and written).
• Must be able to work independently.
• Knowledge of a major HRIS strongly preferred, preferably UKG.
