Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field plus minimum 5
years of related experience in a pricing, deal desk, sales operations or related analytics role demonstrating a solid understanding of pricing concepts, operations, analytics, and price and deal optimization in software or technology company. Software SaaS industry a plus. Must have experience working with sales teams and other cross-functional teams working effectively to plan, execute and deliver quality results. Effective ability to establish collaborative rapport with internal customers balanced with confident, persuasive, and effective guidance towards solid business decisions. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logic skills. Agile, self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively. Ability to effectively balance multiple tasks and nimbly respond to quick shifting of priorities to support key strategic deals or to support month end or quarter close. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to C-level executives Highly proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for advanced analytics and presentation of insights and recommendations.
