The Sr. Software Developer role specific to Business Intelligence Reporting & Analytics specific. It is responsible for developing & maintaining robust enterprise level solutions using Microstrategy and other technologies. This is a hands-on technical role that involves a variety of tasks; starting with seeking reporting requirements from functional partners all the way to deploying solutions in a full software development life cycle. The role regularly interacts with other IT partners in teams belonging to Data Warehouse, Integration, POS, Planning & Allocation, Store Operations and Finance in understanding and identifying data requirements. In addition to deploying new solutions, the role requires Administration of BI Platforms, troubleshooting and enhancement of existing solutions.

• Engage in design, development, testing, deployment, enhancements and troubleshooting of Business Intelligence Technology solutions.
• Collaborate with business partners, project management and cross-functional technology teams on requirements & design to build new BI solutions or enhancement of existing ones.

Required Experience & Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent job experience.

• 5+ years of extensive working experience on MicroStrategy Platform in the areas of Development, Modelling and Administration.
• Strong ability to understand and analyze data using complex SQL queries

Responsibilities

The Operations Associate consistently creates memorable experiences for customers by ensuring product is available, sized and properly displayed so that style squad members can deliver a personalized approach to styling that helps to fulfill the Express brand purpose: We Create Confidence. We Inspire Self-Expression. The Operations Associate demonstrates a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers and promotes squad interconnectivity by responding to front of house support needs. Additionally, our Operations Associates are brand ambassadors for the Express experience and promote to potential squad members an inclusive squad mentality built on teamwork and shared objectives.

Key Responsibilities
• Process fulfillment transactions quickly and accurately to ensure customer satisfaction
• Share information on product, promotions, and loyalty programs
• Assist with product launch changes according to company SOP
• Assist customers as needed on the sales floor with locating product and/or online orders
• Use the Express APP and MPOS and iPad devices proficiently
• Assist in delivering a transformative customer experience leveraging the Customer Experience Philosophy
• Process shipping and receiving orders according to Express time and efficiency standards
• Replenish product as needed utilizing the MPOS Replen APP
• Process freight and sensors product
• Maintain a clean and organized stockroom to ensure safe and efficient merchandise processing from stockroom to floor
• Execute product pricing and markdowns
• Provide check-out support to customers as needed

Essential Qualifications
• High school or equivalent education
• Years of Experience: One to two years in a similar or relevant position
• Willing and able to meet defined availability criteria including nights, weekends and non-business hours
• Proficient in use of retail technology such as iPads and registers
• Meets physical requirements

Preferred Qualifications (skills and abilities)
• Hospitality mindset with a genuine desire to create positive and memorable customer experiences
• Previous retail experience preferred
• Customer service skills and ability to interact with customers

This role is remote eligible in the Northeast US.

The Manager, Area Loss Prevention leads and coordinates all Loss Prevention functions in an assigned market, of multiple states, to achieve maximum effectiveness in inventory shortage and protection of company assets and people.
This position manages and oversees policy and procedure effectiveness through compliance auditing and the use of exception reporting. This role manages investigating internal theft, organized retail crime, fraud, and workplace violence.

The Manager, Area Loss Prevention also leads and is responsible for all controllable lines to include shrink, cash handling, bad checks and credit card chargebacks.

Additionally, this role requires the strategic ability to manage others in developing new programs and initiatives that reduce shrink and safety issues along with presenting training and awareness material during store visits, conference calls, and meetings.
Lastly, this role will participate in special assignment, including executive protections, special event coordination, and various brand security functions.

The Manager, Area Loss Prevention will lead the District's Loss Prevention Manager and Investigator positions and require excellent communication skills.
Manages informational sources and reporting to uncover potential losses, along with compliance auditing
Leads and coordinates special events, inspections, and tasks as directed by their supervisor
Build outstanding partnerships with the store teams to drive loss prevention programs, initiatives, compliance and awareness around theft, fraud, and safety
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
~7+ years of retail loss prevention experience
~3-5 years of retail district/regional loss prevention experience which includes multi-store supervision
~Advanced level of administrative and technical knowledge in retail loss prevention
~ Ability to integrate loss prevention, inventory shrinkage reduction goals with corporate and stores organization
~ Ability to understand computer-based reporting in the areas of inventory and POS (point of sale) interfaces
Thorough knowledge of legal ramifications and procedures
Extensive travel is required

The Sales Associate is responsible for providing a great in-store shopping experience for customers. The Sales Associate assists with additional tasks including, but not limited to, stocking, cleaning, and folding merchandise.
