As the Director, Marketing Operations, you will lead marketing operations and analytics for our global marketing team. You will oversee our marketing CRM platform, martech integrations, and marketing analytics functions. In addition, you are responsible for strategy and execution for our global, NA, and LATAM marketing programs and will align closely with our APCJ and EMEA marketing teams.

Finally, you will drive a close interlock with sales operations to ensure that our pipeline reporting and measurement frameworks are consistent.

This is a player-coach role and will be responsible for strategy and execution. In addition, you will lead an organization with multiple people managers and be responsible for building and mentoring our next generation of marketing operations leaders.

Duties/Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor a team of high-performing marketing operations professionals while driving close interlock with marketing partners to build best practices and accountability.
• Own our Marketo platform and roadmap, and drive best-in-class execution for our marketing CRM and campaign taxonomy.
• Lead our marketing analytics function, including reporting, data modeling, forecasting, and continual enablement across other marketing teams.
• Source, review, and build martech integrations into our CRM platforms while providing a critical perspective to making sure we are evaluating and managing our technology appropriately.
• Support QBR and other business reporting cadences as well as ad hoc reporting needs
• Drive continual enablement and alignment with marketing partners to ensure that all marketing teams know how to involve and work with marketing operations.
• Oversee lead scoring and lead management to ensure that we're delivering high-quality leads to the BDR organization, that all leads are being actioned on, and that the BDR team is aware of our marketing calendar.
• Support improving and refining our campaign intake and setup process.
• Partner with data engineering to support data infrastructure and data hygiene improvements.
• Align closely with sales operations and FP&A to ensure that we have consistent reporting and measurement frameworks across the business.

Education and Experience:
• BA/BS in business or technical discipline; MBA is a plus.
• 12+ years' experience in marketing operations in enterprise SaaS
• 7+ years leading and mentoring high-performing marketing operations teams as a manager of managers.
• Highly experienced at marketing CRM platforms (Marketo or Eloqua), Salesforce, data visualization platforms (Tableau or Power BI), and Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
• Strong data manipulation and database modeling skills, SQL experience, ability to create data sets, and design and evaluate data models
• Exceptional understanding of the SaaS demand journey tied to quantifiable metrics.
• Demonstrable experience analyzing marketing data, driving insights from performance, and rapidly iterating on results.
• Ability to thrive in a matrixed organization and build rapport with field marketing, demand generation, content marketing, product/solutions marketing, and sales operations.
• Experience partnering closely with BDR/SDR and field sales organizations.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with cross-functional stakeholders.
• International marketing experience (APCJ, EMEA) nice to have.

The Position

WE are seeking a driven, analytical and highly professional data scientist to help deliver our anti-fraud solution to customers, and the future of what we build. This Data Scientist will be part of a team that is responsible for delivering F5's anti-fraud solution to customers. • Train and deploy machine learning models to predict fraud outcomes, based on telemetry and customer-provided data.
• Maintain models for customers, and update or refresh them as needed.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate would have:
• 3-5 years of Data Science experience, preferably in a fraud detection/prevention environment
• Strong analytical skills including the ability to manipulate, model, interpret and visualize large quantities of structured data.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
• Experience with building and deploying machine learning models on large-scale data. Experience working with highly unbalanced data (e.g. commonly found in fraud use cases) a strong plus.
• A passion for delighting customers, and an aptitude for engaging with customers on fraud, security and machine learning issues on a regular basis. Prior experience working with customers on complex fraud or security issues would be a strong plus.
• Familiarity with common web and mobile technologies.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Manufacturing Engineer for New Product Introductions (NPI) is responsible for reviewing designs for manufacturability, cost, and quality for new F5 products. Provide technical support with the design team, internal stakeholders, contract manufacturers, and suppliers. Create and review design and assembly documentation to support new product launches. In addition to NPI activities, there will also be sustaining engineering related projects as required. Other duties will be assigned based on skill level.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Review designs for DFx, from concept to final release
• Track DFM input to ensure that recommended changes get dispositioned and not repeated.
• Monitor product yields for any DFM issues caused by violations.
• Provide postmortem feedback following product builds.
• Interface with external custom part fabricators on custom tooling to support product design.
• May be on-site at suppliers for 1st proto builds, analyzing the processes and subsequent yield data.
• Work with suppliers and engineering to implement design enhancements.
• Create and review assembly documentation and BOM structure.
• Deviations as required for modified assembly.
• BOM structures, recommend any enhancements.
• Process maps, work instructions, and other build documentation.
• Work with Contract Manufacturers (CM) on technical issues and continuous improvements.
• Document best known practices.
• Assist in new supplier selection process.
• Work on sustaining engineering projects.
• Provide support for testing activities (environmental, packaging, etc).
• Work on fixture and isolated design activities.
• Domestic and international travel may be required.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor of Science (BS) engineering degree or equivalent manufacturing engineering background.
• 1-5 years' experience in high tech manufacturing; PCBA, custom fabricated mechanical components, and electro-mechanical assembly.
• Previous experience working with a Contract Manufacturer (CM), preferred.
• Knowledge of Design for Manufacturability and other DFx initiatives.
• Experience with solid modeling software.
• Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication, injection molding, diecasting processes preferred.
• Candidate needs to have the desire and ability to take ownership and responsibility with some coaching from the Sr. Mfg engineers.
• The candidate should be familiar with basic reliability concepts and be skilled in using analytical tools to provide various metrics, to predict trends, and provide quality feedback to CM.
• Experience with BOM and ECO tools preferred.
• Good negotiation and conflict management skills.
• Ability to write technical reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Good verbal and written communication skills using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Project, and Power Point).
• Familiarity with quality standards (ISO, IPC, etc) or equivalent quality standards for fabrication and assembly, preferred.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Job may be performed in a lab environment or in an office environment sitting at a desk or computer table. Duties require the ability to travel up to 15% via automobile or airplane and may require being on call periodically and working outside normal working hours (evenings and weekends).
