We are a low-volume, membership-based family medicine practice that prioritizes quality healthcare above all else. We are in search of a... well-trained, compassionate board certified or board eligible Family Medicine physician in the United States. The candidate hired for this position will be working with 3 other physicians as well as our office staff as a part of a close-knit team. Strong interpersonal skills are required as well as board certification at the time that employment begins. This is an outpatient-only setting working Monday through Friday at one office clinic site.
The ideal candidate:
• Has a broad scope of practice, including office-based procedures and is open to expanding their skill set.
• Is someone with a firm commitment to evidence-based medicine with the nuance to understand when best practice isn’t feasible for different patient populations.
• Has a desire to work outside of the insurance and corporate complex in healthcare and realizes the value in prioritizing people over numbers.
• Has a desire to care for people from all walks of life while providing a superior personalized experience in healthcare.
• Desires the overall autonomy of private practice and hours without the headache of running a clinic.
• Is willing to take full responsibility for a patient’s care -- even when that means stepping into the role of case management or taking the time to relay results directly to the patient.
• Displays empathy and respect for those for whom they care and with whom they work.

Job Summary:
