JOB SUMMARY:

The Director, Event Operations will work closely with cross-functional teams in the planning and execution of event retail operations (e.g. annualized sporting events such as all-star games, tournaments, races, championship games, fan fests, touring events, etc.) across the Fanatics portfolio of properties. This position reports to the SVP, Global Events & International Retail .

GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Event Planning Responsibilities:

•Manage/participate in all aspects of event planning, including site visits, developing financial models, defining operational plans, developing production schedules and staffing plans, and working with internal and external teams to secure selling infrastructure including fixtures, POS, tents, etc.

•Lead and participate in meetings with e

vent partners, buyers/merchandising, marketing/creative as well as internal and external HR business partners.

•Serve as the main Point of Contact (POC) for clients and other entities as necessary to plan and execute events and oversee the client experience from conception through post-event review.

•Work with internal recruiting partners and/or staffing agencies to ensure Fanatics is receiving enthusiastic and hardworking event staff

•Establish protocols and procedures. Train and supervise event staff.

•Ensure Fanatics is compliant with event standards (security/law, fire, medical, etc.)

•Work directly with our warehouse(s) to ensure efficient and accurate delivery of merchandise and selling infrastructure to events.

Event Execution Responsibilities:

•Manage on-site preparations, production, and event breakdown; and ensure consistent, high-level service throughout all phases.

•Meet strict deadlines and stay within expense budgets, while meeting or exceeding budgeted sales and profits for overall event.

•Assign duties for traveling Fanatics event employees and manage all staff while on site.

•Build and nurture client, vendor, venue and other industry relationships to enable future growth.

•Remain current (or ahead of the curve) with trends in event planning, design, and production, and proactively identify and solve operational challenges

Post Event Responsibilities:

•Prepare and present both executive summary and detail-level reports for both client and internal use to summarize event performance, identify areas of success as well as areas for opportunity.

•Work with finance and accounting teams to analyze profit/loss statements for each event and work with management team on potential recommendations for improvements/changes.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

•5+ years of previous consumer-facing event management/hospitality/retail experience and proven success.

•Service-oriented style with professional presentations skills and a demonstrated ability to effectively interact with people.

•Experience in building and maintaining positive business relationships

•High-energy with an entrepreneurial spirit, effective in providing motivational leadership and exceptional customer service.

•Clear concise written and verbal communication skills

We are looking for a Senior User Experience Researcher to own research initiatives around our Sportsbook and Casino products. The ideal candidate is someone who uses research to help answer big questions and shape in-product and real-world experiences for our customers. You will own research projects end-to-end for your team and are comfortable working closely with designers, product managers, and engineers who care deeply about creating top-notch user experiences.

Primary Purpose

Assist with the pre-season and in-season sales, receipt, inventory and margin planning, analysis, reporting and forecasting for Merchandising at the league, department and class level in order to help maximize the company financial goals and values. The Merchandise Planning team will focus all planning, analysis and reporting activities around driving profitable top line sales. Responsible for executing timely and accurate analysis to assist the teams in making better business decisions.

Assortment Planning / Pre -Book Process (Help Develop the Merchandise Assortment)

•Assist with key analysis to improve the assortment planning decision-making process

Reporting and Analysis (Identify key trends, hot sellers, poor performers)

•Analyze key business trends daily / weekly and develop recommendations to drive profitable top line sales

•Provide timely and accurate reports / summaries to include ad hoc requests

•Responsible for the analysis, data interpretation and helping to develop solutions / action plans

Annual Planning Process (Build the Financial Plan)

•Collaborate with respective buying team to develop annual sales, receipt, markdown and inventory plans by department and category

•Identify uptrend, maintain and downtrend businesses – plan accordingly

•Develop historical analysis (team, classification, vendor, player, etc.) to assist with the pre-season planning activities

•Establish sales targets that align with corporate strategies and historical performance

•Ensure monthly inventory levels are appropriate to support sales and align with other key financial goals

Inventory Management

•Assist with end-to-end inventory management - understand sales trends, inventory levels and on order

•Identify potential sales opportunities (macro and item level)

•Identify and react to fast / slow sellers with special emphasis on MVP items (key items)

•Monitors daily/weekly/monthly in-bound receipts to ensure alignment with financial targets

Weekly / Monthly Forecasting Process

•Formulates weekly sales, receipts, inventory updates and direction

•Responsible for driving the monthly forecast process with the respective merchandising team

•Identify key issues and opportunities and collaborate cross-functionally to develop appropriate action plans

•Focus on timely and accurate forecasts the lead to more proactive business decisions

Hot Market Pre and Post Event Analysis (Championship Games, Key Events, etc.)

•Provide pre and post event analysis (buy quantities, sales, sell thru, etc.)

Systems Development and Support

•Intense focus on data integrity and report accuracy

•Helps identify system and reporting enhancements

Internal / External Collaboration

•Merchandise collaboration to include reporting and analysis, monthly forecast process to identify key business opportunities – sales first focus

Summary/Objective
Warehouse associate will be involved in the daily operation of the warehouse; order picking, shipping, receiving, inventory control and
operation of warehouse equipment and computer systems. The associate must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis. Must have good

Essential Functions

Manually unloading stock from sea containers and trucks
Stock location / Stock put away
Use of computer to access the Warehouse Management System.
Operation of warehouse equipment to include: Push cart, hand truck, manual pallet jack, Electric pallet jack, Order picker, Fork lift.
Operation of RF scan gun
Picking customer orders
Verification and Packing of customer orders
Participate in Inventory control process’s
Generate shipping labels from Warehouse systems or carrier data base
Prepare palletized stock for outbound shipping ie: Stacking boxes on pallets, shrink-wrapping, labeling pallets and boxes.
Involved in general health and safety practices and training.
General House keeping
Any other tasks deemed necessary by management
Assist warehouse manager in daily warehouse operations in line with company policy and vision.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Learning and Development Coordinator will support the learning needs of the business, bringing creativity, positivity, and a passion for learning to the Fan Services function. This role will be key in onboarding and training our new and seasonal employees, working alongside our Ambassadors to ensure learning transfer has taken place, and managing the learner journey through to competence.

The Learning & Development Coordinator will report into the Learning & Development Manager and partner with management within Fan Services International, as well as Global Fan Services to identify learning opportunities and support the design and rollout of new training initiatives, ensuring existing learning remains current and meets the needs of the business. They will be required to manage and coordinate multiple tasks and activities in a fast-paced work environment.

This role will operate mainly between the hours of 8am-6pm, however additional flexibility may be required during Peak periods and ad-hoc during the year to ensure all stakeholders are reached.

GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Communicate effectively to all levels of employees, from management to seasonal new hires

•Review current training content and format to identify areas for improvement

•Work with management to collect feedback on training resources and efficiency

•Design and create refreshed training for the Fan Services team to ensure consistency and efficient training

The base salary range for this role is $112,482 - $184,791 per year, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is eligible for the Fanatics Betting and Gaming annual bonus program and an equity award.

Fanatics Betting & Gaming is seeking a Manager, VIP who thrives in a dynamic and high growth environment. This role will focus on the VIP program for FBG and will ultimately report to our Director, VIP. This Manager will focus on the high-value player experience and deepen customer relationships. They will play an integral role on the VIP team as well as the overall Marketing department organization.

Responsibilities
• Help lead programs for high-value players to deepen customer relationships and create brand heat in key business windows
• Manage day to day VIP clients, identifying areas for increased engagement and loyalty and executing new initiatives
