About This Role

Responsibilities

The Fanbyte Media team is responsible for delivering websites and communities built from the best player tools, guides, and data to enhance gamers’ experiences in and out of the game. You will work collaboratively across ZAM’s teams to deliver audience, organizational, and content insights that impact how we approach the next generation of gamers.

As the Project Manager at Fanbyte Media, You Will:
• Drive planning and execution of projects and strategic initiatives in support of ZAM’s annual operating strategy and vision.
• Ensure deliverables meet strategic, timeline and financial objectives as defined alongside product and project teams.
• Collaborate with internal team leads to estimate and translate / breakdown requirements into actionable tasks.
• Issue concise project status reports and meeting recaps with clearly defined action items, assignments, and due dates.
• Document privacy processes and implement for all of our web properties as well as responding to GDPR/CCPA data requests in a prompt manner.
• Maintain the database of projects being managed – initiatives, tasks, action items, etc.
• Seek out dysfunction and misalignment on critical business topics and bring appropriate individuals together to resolve them.
• Support website leads as-needed to facilitate ad-hoc requests.

Qualifications:
• Degree in business administration or related discipline from an accredited institution.

Job Description

As a Reverse Engineer for the Fanbyte.com team, you will manage the extraction of game data, assisting the development and content teams with useful data to power tools and features. You will be working closely with the site manager, developers, and content managers to provide the relevant data for their daily operations, as well as stay up to date with new data technology.

You should be passionate about video games and be familiar with the online gaming community to help identify interesting uses for the game data extracted. You should also have a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of integrity and organization, as well as excellent communication skills. Flexible scheduling/hours is a plus.

Salary for this role will be $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 Annually
Salary offered will be contingent on education, experience, and geographic location.

Responsibilities
• Provide the Fanbyte content team with images, videos, and data insights to power unique new features.
• Work with the Fanbyte development team with data insights and materials needed to facilitate database curation.
• Manage multiple game data projects under a unified data platform.
• Maintain a test environment to prototype new reverse engineering technologies and features.
• Maintain documentation on Reverse Engineering processes and data assets.
• Think strategically on new reverse engineering opportunities and data presentation, evaluating competition to ensure our offerings are cutting-edge.
• Explore raw game data to find valuable insights and assets and extract them into an easily digestible format.
• Predict and anticipate game updates to extract post-patch gamedata as quickly as possible.

Qualifications
• Deep familiarity with reverse engineering MMOs and RPGs
• Experienced with common game engine technologies such as Unreal and Unity

We are looking for an Influencer Account Manager to support ZAM’s agency business in onboarding talent, managing influencer relationships and coordinating campaigns. The ideal candidate will be a passionate gamer that demonstrates exceptional communication abilities, project management and problem solving skills. As our Influencer Account Manager, you will work alongside our Influencer Marketing team to develop and manage various Influencer programs and campaigns for our global gaming clientele.

What You’ll Be Doing

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and maintain a large network of influencer accounts and contacts. Collaborate with our marketing team and partners to identify key influencer partners and coordinate high impact programs and campaigns. Build lasting relationships with our influencers/talent and provide mentorship and guidance to support them in our programs. Leverage CRM and Influencer tools to monitor and track the growth and performance of our influencers and campaigns. Develop comprehensive reporting with actionable insights for our clients and project stakeholders. Manage budget planning and track spending to align with the varied program budgets of our clientele. Experience And Skills Needed

3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management or account management preferably in gaming or esports. Business/Marketing degree or equivalent combination of experience and education required. Passionate gamer with experience in PC/console/mobile with familiarity of gaming influencers and content creators. Self-motivated, independent, high attention to detail, process-oriented and adaptable when working across multiple clients and business units. What You'll Be Doing

• Collaborate with internal agency teams and external client stakeholders (including Brand Marketing, Product Development, Business Intelligence, Creative Development, Finance, Community, and Executive Management).
• Manage relationships to build a network of influencers and talent agencies to leverage with our various gaming clientele.
• Support our paid and unpaid influencer initiatives that will improve audience acquisition, retention, and growth.
