As the Project Manager at Fanbyte Media, You Will:
• Drive planning and execution of projects and strategic initiatives in support of ZAM’s annual operating strategy and vision.
• Ensure deliverables meet strategic, timeline and financial objectives as defined alongside product and project teams.
• Collaborate with internal team leads to estimate and translate / breakdown requirements into actionable tasks.

Qualifications:
• Degree in business administration or related discipline from an accredited institution.

Job Description
As a Reverse Engineer for the Fanbyte.com team, you will manage the extraction of game data, assisting the development and content teams with useful data to power tools and features. You will be working closely with the site manager, developers, and content managers to provide the relevant data for their daily operations, as well as stay up to date with new data technology.
You should be passionate about video games and be familiar with the online gaming community to help identify interesting uses for the game data extracted. You should also have a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of integrity and organization, as well as excellent communication skills. Flexible scheduling/hours is a plus.
Salary for this role will be $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 Annually
Salary offered will be contingent on education, experience, and geographic location.
Responsibilities
• Provide the Fanbyte content team with images, videos, and data insights to power unique new features.
• Work with the Fanbyte development team with data insights and materials needed to facilitate database curation.
• Manage multiple game data projects under a unified data platform.

We are looking for an Influencer Account Manager to support ZAM’s agency business in onboarding talent, managing influencer relationships and coordinating campaigns. We are looking for a Community Manager to further grow ZAM’s Community Team and assist in the creation and implementation of Community Development and Management strategies for our global gaming clientele. The ideal candidate is someone that has a passion for video games, deep knowledge and love of the gaming industry, and a high level of attention to detail. Responsibilities
• Grow and manage the community team in our Los Angeles office
• Assist with and take ownership of a variety of gaming community development projects including strategy and operations.
• Coordinate communications with our clients, understand their goals, and provide solutions.
• Provide reporting and accurate tracking of projects to clients and internal stakeholders, effectively communicating updates, risks, and roadblocks.

We are looking for a Community Manager to further grow ZAM’s Community Team and assist in the creation and implementation of Community Development and Management strategies for our global gaming clientele. The ideal candidate is someone that has a passion for video games, deep knowledge and love of the gaming industry, and a high level of attention to detail. The Community Manager at ZAM will need to flex their project management skills, track and complete a variety of tasks for multiple projects, build strong relationships with our clients, manage other Singapore-based community team members, as well as grow and engage with online gaming communities.
The salary for this role will be $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 annually. Salary will be contingent on years of experience and geographical location.
Responsibilities
• Grow and manage the community team in our Los Angeles office
• Assist with and take ownership of a variety of gaming community development projects including strategy and operations.
• Coordinate communications with our clients, understand their goals, and provide solutions.
• Provide reporting and accurate tracking of projects to clients and internal stakeholders, effectively communicating updates, risks, and roadblocks.
• Build and optimize community platforms from the ground up including Discord, Subreddits, Forums, Twitch, Facebook Groups, and more.
• Community moderation, volunteer management, and recruitment across multiple platforms.
• Create and run community events to engage and grow online communities.
• Work with other internal departments including marketing and creative services to complete projects with a high level of quality.
• Monitor online community sentiment and provide constructive feedback on how to improve and maintain positive sentiment for our clients.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of community management experience in an agency or gaming environment.
• 2+ years of experience managing a team of freelancers.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education required.
• Passionate gamer with experience in PC/console and mobile games.
• Self-motivated, independent, high attention to detail, process-oriented, and adaptable when working across multiple clients and business units.
• Strong leadership and effective resource management skills.
• An open-minded and problem-solving attitude with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience launching at least one new product and/or facilitating the growth of a thriving community.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, deal with ambiguity and cooperate effectively with our international clientele.
• Flexibility for irregular work hours to collaborate with our headquarters in Los Angeles as well as our international clients.
• Proficient with common online community platforms (Discord, Reddit, Wikis, Forums, Twitch, etc.) as well as social media platforms (Twitter, Instagram, Tik Tok, Snapchat, and Facebook).
• Experience working with project management and social media tools (eg. Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Asana, Trello, etc.).

What You'll Be Doing
• Collaborate with internal agency teams and external client stakeholders (including Brand Marketing, Product Development, Business Intelligence, Creative Development, Finance, Community, and Executive Management).
• Manage relationships to build a network of influencers and talent agencies to leverage with our various gaming clientele.
• Support our paid and unpaid influencer initiatives that will improve audience acquisition, retention, and growth.
• Formulate and execute influencer and content marketing strategies and campaigns for overall strategic marketing plans.
• Collaborate with community and game management teams to establish goals and objectives to achieve KPIs.
• Communicate and coordinate between teams to align all team members; ensure communication between teams is transparent.
• Project management: monitor status of the project from kick-off to post-performance review -- check milestones and timeline to make sure of on-time delivery and conduct consistent post-mortem reports.
• Travel as needed for in person events.

Experience and Skills Needed
• BA/BS from an accredited university in Marketing or related discipline.
