• Manages and administers the organizations e-commerce business. presence
• Functions as the category expert, and plays a key role in building the business plan and the strategic direction for the category and companys brand as a whole
• Continuously strive to better understand customer behavior and gain actionable insights to inform marketing and site enhancements
• Manage key drivers behind sales, including: traffic, average order value and conversion, to ensure the team is on track to achieve topline sales plans
• Conduct data analysis and market research to identify opportunities
• Ensure constant monitoring of customer activity, market channel data, and operational data to develop insightful analysis
• Partner closely with team leaders to develop and enhance the company website, and competitive positioning
Key Qualifications:
• 5+ years of eCommerce, category management, site merchandising, and/or digital marketing experience
• 2+ years demonstrated experience managing a team
• Experience in the apparel industry
• Ability to lead and develop future team leaders
• Exceptional strategic thinking and creative problem solving
• Strong analytical skills, communication skills and attention to detail whilst operating in a fast-paced environment
• Must have advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Adobe Analytics, with a capacity to learn new systems swiftly
