The role of the Restaurant Host/Hostess is to assist the restaurant manager in promoting a smooth flowing and high-quality guest service experience.

Responsibilities:
• Promote and portray the VIVÂMEE Values.
• Know, understand, and adhere to company established policies and procedures.
• Be neat, well groomed, and maintain a professional image for all our guests.
• Utilizes knowledge of room dynamics, seating capacities and assignments

• Ensures the menus are clean and that a appropriate number of menus are available.

• Performs and executes closing paperwork and deposits within established procedures.
• Has extensive knowledge of menu, daily specials, promotional offerings, and be able to convey overall knowledge of property events and locations.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of at least 25 lbs.

The role of the Food Outlet Cashier is to service the guests by taking their order, ringing in their checks, and collecting payment. The Food Outlet Cashier may also be responsible for putting together the guests’ orders.

Responsibilities:

The role of the Sous Chef is to support the Executive Chef and Director of Culinary Operations in managing the kitchen(s).

The role of the Food Expeditor is to organize the food order tickets and ensure the prepared food dishes are delivered to the guests in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Place all orders promptly and accurately through the POS system
• Remove Replace Replenish Restock all required items

• Proper verbiage, good judgment and tasteful conversation must be used at all times
• Set up any reservation/event etc., as directed by supervisor or MOD on duty
• Attend pre-shift in order to execute all points of service and/or special assignments or instructions
