TLF’s Customer Support Specialist will drive sales and address all customer needs and inquiries via Phone, LiveChat, FB messenger, social media DM, email, and Zendesk ticketing system for www.TLFapparel.com, and all other sales channels. Customer Support Specialist I will be in direct contact with FedEx, USPS, and other shipping couriers to monitor updates for... customers’ deliveries. You will be expected to collaborate with multiple teams within TLF to fulfill customer support requests effectively.
POSITION ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES (Including but not limited to the below):
• Provide outstanding customer service and serve as a support to the other operations of the business.
• Able to understand and concisely communicate our company policies to customers.
• Help to achieve daily B2C sales goals using the ability to turn any customer contact into a potential upsell.
• Consistently exceed established performance criteria, including but not limited to, customer satisfaction, productivity, attendance, work quality, and revenue generation.
• Act as the primary for all customer service inquiries, returns, and exchanges.
• Resolve customer support requests related to product questions, complaints, and order status using email, chat, phone.
• Responsible for completing incoming and outbound phone calls regarding deliveries, address corrections, and all other customer concerns.
• Help to coordinate a speedy shipping process in the warehouse to achieve effective solutions for customer issues.
• Utilize our LiveChat feature to assist customers with concerns in real-time when they are on TLFapparel.com.
• Process payments & credits, handle all RMA returns, and issue credit to the customer by working with the accounting team for a refund or the distribution team for an exchange.
• Recommend products to customers as it is related or if a particular product is not available.
• Build lasting relationships with customers by contacting them to follow up on deliveries.
• Provide personalized recommendations based on the customer’s preferred style and performance needs
• Create/Update customer information on the company’s Shopify system.
• Manage all product and website reviews and answer customer questions on products on daily basis.
• Frequently run reports for all products reviews from customers and highlight the most common issues to I&D dept.
• Help support web division with website auditing of TLF’s websites for accuracy and efficiency
• Assist customers with after-sales service issues, like damaged items or return inquiries.
• Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes.
• Perform any additional duties and responsibilities including projects, tasks, and activities as required by the team.
• Acts directly with the Operations, Marketing, and Warehouse Departments to assist in the managing of individual and department projects, tasks, and customer requests.
• Must be able to develop speedy, but efficient solutions for all recurring issues/complaints for departments when requested.
• Regularly maintain all relevant databases for the team’s reference.
• Create internal SOP’s for all company documentation and operational needs.
• Manage office supplies, cleanliness and enforces clean desk policies for the staff and common areas.
• Manage and record all distribution and office assets by assigning them to appropriate team members in the TLF asset tracker.
• Ensure proper operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
• Set up new hires’ computers, making sure to install all the necessary software.
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS:
• A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
• Passion for the activewear and fitness industry
• Providing excellent customer service and exceeding consumer expectations
• Effective communication skills - both verbal and written in English (other languages are a plus)
• Ability to draft clear, professionally sound emails to customers
• Comfortable dealing with and politely maneuvering possible confrontation from customers
• Ability to multitask in a very busy, and ever-changing environment
• Ability to maintain a positive and productive composure
• Self-starter; effective in managing projects from the ground up
• Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
• Ability to maintain a friendly, helpful attitude throughout all points of communication with staff and customers
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, Zendesk, and social chat platforms
• Experience using NetSuite, ShipStation, and Shopify Plus are desired, but not expected
