Qualifications Include

Summary
A Credit Analyst Sr - Corporate Healthcare Banking provides daily credit analysis support for healthcare lending portfolios. Qualifications Include
• Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) in Accounting, Finance or Business and a minimum of two to four years of related experience in the Financial Services, Banking Industry, Credit Analysis, Loan Review is required.
• Strong understanding and mastery of financial instruments and the processes used to analyze financial data.
• Strong understanding of general bank operations and the lending process.
• Strong computer skills required with the following programs: Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Ability to read and listen, understand and communicate information and ideas in a clear and understandable manner, both orally and in writing with business unit management and staff.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret financial reports and legal documents; performs simple to moderately complex calculations; effectively researches, analyzes, evaluates, and articulates conclusions to make decisions, solve problems and achieve goals.

Specific Responsibilities...
• Identifies and specifies business requirements and processes, and works closely with technology team to hone and clarify requirements in order to create user stories for the agile team to use for both development and testing
• Comfortable leading cross functional conversations in support of user story creation and refinement
• Analyzes and identifies root cause and provides reporting to improve processes and user experience within the digital channels
• Creates reports, graphs and charts of data results and analyses to establish business justification for initiatives / enhancements or measure progress of digital efforts
• Works with product owner to prioritize backlog and execute on iteration goals
• Supports testing for digital channel changes

• Bachelors degree in related field of study or equivalent experience
