What does a successful ( Quality Assurance Engineering - Sr Professional II ) do at Fiserv?
• QA Technology professional, experienced in leading large, high performing global testing teams. This position is part of the Corporate Applications Quality Assurance and responsible for ensuring the quality of financial products and services using Agile, Waterfall, DevOps with CI/CD in a fast-paced financial services environment.
What you will do:

• Minimum of a 4-year degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other technical/analytical degrees.
• 4-7 years of related technical and business leadership experience with Quality Assurance and Testing discipline.
• Proven experience in all aspects of SDLC, Agile development, DevOps and Continuous delivery principles in SAP Landscape
• 2+ years of experience building automation testing frameworks using tools such as Tricentis Tosca, Selenium, QTP/UFT.

Treasury Manager
What does a great Treasury Manager do?
The Treasury Department leads and is responsible for Fiserv’s bank relationships, payments processing transactions and activity, cash and working capital requirements, debt financing, capital markets, share repurchase initiatives, hedging programs, investments, equipment leasing, and various other activities. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team responsible for initiatives that are highly visible to senior management with a cutting-edge transformational company.
The Treasury Manager plays an instrumental role within the Treasury Department. This position reports to the Treasury Director and leads a team of associates. Team members gain exposure to all areas within Treasury with the objective of building talent, expanding knowledge of Fiserv’s treasury operations and payments businesses, and creating career paths within Treasury and other parts of the organization. Cash and Working Capital Management
• Assists with developing strategy for cash and liquidity needs

What does a great Treasury Manager do?
The Treasury Department leads and is responsible for Fiserv’s bank relationships, payments processing transactions and activity, cash and working capital requirements, debt financing, capital markets, share repurchase initiatives, hedging programs, investments, equipment leasing, and various other activities. What does a successful Senior Business Analyst do at Fiserv ?
• You'll consult with project team and functional units on the design of important projects or services.
• You'll help support existing business systems applications and demonstrates proficiency and leadership within agile methodologies.
• You'll facilitate internal communication and effective collaborations within and outside the team and resolve conflicts that occur within the team.
• You'll develop processes and procedures to ensure business solutions meet strategic goals while ensuring business processes are running in accordance with Agile methodologies.
What you will do:
• Consult with key stakeholders to determine business objectives and success factors/end goal/acceptance criteria
• Coach team members in Agile frameworks and Agile mindset
• Design applications and analyze, lead, and coordinate business enterprise solutions
• Write and document business requirements, functional requirements, and design specifications
• Manage project’s scope and timeline
• Create requirements and specifications for business solutions
• Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
• Collaborate with team members to collect, analyze, and evaluate information from multiple sources
What you will need to have:
• 8+ years of combined experience as a Business Analyst and Scrum Master
• 5+ years of experience leveraging Scrum techniques and artifacts such as User Stories, Feature, Epic, and Backlog Refinement
• 5+ years of experience in Agile frameworks
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Suite, Clarity, Atlassian Suite (Jira and Confluence)
• Scrum Master Certification (CSM/PSM)
What would be great to have:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or engineering, or equivalent work experience
• Experience in working on end-to-end (E2E) solutions
• Experience with DevOps Pipeline, GIT
• Experience with data visualization and data analysis
• Knowledge of financial technologies, standards, and industry regulations (i.e., Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards)
• Experience with Cloud deployment platforms such as Cloud Foundry, AWS, etc.
• Experience with Splunk, Cloud Watch, and Xray
