As a Project Manager you will take the lead in driving the successful implementation of Flexera Cloud, Software License Optimization, and Data Platform products for enterprise customers within budget, schedule and... scope. The ideal candidate is expected to thrive on understanding each customer’s specific needs and first and foremost will work to ensure that the Flexera solutions meet those needs. The ideal candidate will also be adept at managing relationships, collaborating and influencing across a variety of organizational functions. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, proactive behaviors and excellent follow-through skills, ability to thrive in dynamic environment and laser focus on Customer Success are key to the success in this role. You will own multiple ongoing outcome driven engagements and communicate directly with the customers and their IT teams both onsite and remotely. As the Project Manager interfacing with customers, you will be a team player and will help resolve issues and minimize friction during implementations and also anticipate issues that may not have yet surfaced so that they can be resolved before they become major roadblocks. You will rely on both your interpersonal and technical skills since your domain will include customer management, project estimation and delivery, resource allocation and schedule management, cost management, issue management, scope management, and risk identification/management. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Agile methodology and how to use/apply it in leading Cloud projects and will have a strong services and sales focus, partnering with the Sales and Customer Success teams to maximize client value for both software and services. To succeed in this role, you must have hands-on customer management and project management skills as well as a strong drive to help customers achieve their business goals. As Renewals Account Manager you will be working directly with end users as well as working on renewals through our indirect sales channel of distributors and resellers to achieve strong customer renewal rates, grow multi-year deals and to hit revenue targets. Managing the end to end sales process for Flexera's maintenance renewals sales from quotation through pricing negotiation, contract execution to closure and submission for processing.

Responsibilities:
• Meet or exceed each quarter's revenue quota
• Ensure the highest possible renewal rate % and recurring revenue
• Assist our customers to gain the most value out of their investments with Flexera
• Proactively contact all customers with expiring support contracts
• Prepare and send quotations via the CRM system following agreed timescale guidelines
• Follow up with a global customer base by phone and email to ensure timely renewals
• Responsible for normal territory management activities which include: maintaining the common customer database, (CRM) and accurate forecasting.
• Engaging with and ensuring our indirect channel is focused on and delivering against expected customer renewal rates.
• Handle customer objections successfully
