FlexOffers is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to focus on company culture and continue making FlexOffers an amazing workplace. Core responsibilities include supporting our VP of Human Resources with administration of HR department, employee engagement, onboarding, career training / development, talent acquisition, compensation processes, performance management, employee relations and driving / implementing best HR practices across the organization. In addition, assisting with accounting tasks for our CEO’s personal matters as required.
The ideal candidate should have experience having worked in a fast-paced ever-changing / innovative environment, highly experience working with remote teams in the field of Technology / Marketing and have had prior experience laying the foundation for HR operations, policies, and overall best HR departmental practices.
HR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide HR operational support for all employees including overseeing the full cycle of recruitment efforts, developing, and overseeing new hire orientation and on-boarding, off-boarding, and employee relations matters
Assist HRVP with maintaining compliance with (USA) federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance
Participate in the coordination and accurate administration of employee benefits
Audit and maintain all personnel files ensuring accurate and comprehensive record-keeping
Assist with planning and executing company culture events
Assist with employee timecard management, payroll processing and time management
Assist in the development, implementation, and compliance of personnel policies and procedures primarily by monitoring changes and identifying appropriate actionable steps
Maintain HIRS Systems and assist with Quarterly & Yearly Audits etc
Assist with internal / external communications (with employees, vendors, LinkedIn -social media)
Manage assigned projects and tasks to completion in a timely manner
Assist HRVP with coordinating trainings / employee development
Assist HRVP with coordination of employee engagement activities (Diversity / Inclusion, round tables, meetings, etc.)
Helps maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, talent management, and employment law
Coordinate with department heads and employees for the completion of annual goals, performance reviews, outstanding paperwork etc
Assist VPHR in mics HR / Co. operational tasks
Ability to travel (drive) 25% to Miami / Fort Lauderdale locations (based on Co. operations demand)

ACCOUTING RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage CEO’s personal expenses / company’s accounts and conduct detail audits & billing reconciliations

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum 4+ years of general responsibilities in Human Resources Field
Minimum of 3+ years experience working in accounting (billing reconciliation, audits)
Comfortable multitasking in 2 different departments (80% HR / 20% (Accounting)
Strong written, verbal, and visual presentation skills
Strong attention to detail; organization; and conflict resolution skills
Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMS, SharePoint)

Experience navigating HRIS/payroll systems – ADP HRIS a plus

We are currently looking to add a dedicated and motivated individual to join our Advertiser Development team. This position will work closely with our sales and account management teams managing advertisers as well as assist incoming advertisers during the onboarding process.

Our Affiliate Marketing Advertiser Account Associates Manager provide support to our Account Management team and our valued clients. In this role, you will learn to maintain a portfolio of Advertiser clients, serving as a central point-of-contact. At first, you’ll be assisting with client on-boarding, delivering campaign performance reports, answering questions, and assisting clients with issues either directly or through one of the more senior members of your account team. As your knowledge base grows, you will have the skills and knowledge to manage your own clients and even optimize our clients’ business. In addition, you will help improve department support documentation specific to processes and features Advertisers utilize for successful affiliate marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for driving new client engagements and enhancing existing client relationships.
• Responsible for building comprehensive strategic account plans for each named prospect.
• Provide pricing, packaging, and contract support during the sales & negotiation process with all prospects.
• Respond to advertisers’ inquiries and issues in a quick and efficient manner.
• Successfully launch and assist with new affiliate programs and program improvements.
• Recruit new publishers, joint venture opportunities, and strategic relationships subject to Client approval.
• Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase affiliate-generated revenues.
• Develop, track, and manage offers for merchant partners, including establishing benchmarks and reporting relevant metrics.
• Identify and implement opportunities to enhance affiliate programs, new growth opportunities, and optimize ROI.
• Execute specific outbound sales campaigns, generally targeting large or otherwise non-responsive prospects.
• Develop and maintain a working knowledge of FlexOffers’ services, clients, and overall marketplace.
• Maintain a library of creative assets for all managed clients and provide KPIs as requested.
