What Will You Be Doing?
The Frontier Airlines Flight Attendant (FA) is essential to maintaining the well-being, safety, security and comfort of our passengers onboard our aircraft. The Flight Attendant performs a variety of services in order to maintain a high level of excellent customer service. Flight Attendants are involved in all passenger interactions in order to help answer any questions, address concerns and sell products onboard. It is essential for all crew members to follow established FAA and Frontier guidelines in providing for the comfort and safety of passengers and respond to inflight emergencies and/or security concerns in the unlikely event they arise.
Essential Functions
• Follows all Federal Aviation Regulations as required as well as all established Frontier Airlines policies and procedures
• Initializes and conducts emergency evacuation of cabin if necessary
• Conducts preflight safety check of cabin emergency equipment
• Ensures proper loading and storage of carry-on luggage prior to and during the flight
• Ensures cabin safety and security during all phases of flight, including boarding and deplaning
• Prepares and secures doors and announces departure/arrival information to passengers over the PA system
• Provides instruction and demonstration of onboard safety features
• Sets up galley, checks supplies, stows beverage and snack carts and verifies count
• Sells snacks and/or beverages (including alcohol), collects and stows all beverage and snack service items inflight and prior to landing, and informs passengers of all onboard products
• Provides emergency medical assistance (e.g., performing CPR and basic first aid)
• Projects and maintains a positive attitude and composure at all times
• Performs tasks that require frequent walking, bending to ankle level, and reaching above shoulder level and reaching inside overhead bins to retrieve or store items
• Be dependable and committed to completing work assignments per Frontier Airlines policies
• Maintains professional appearance and compliance with uniform and appearance guidelines while in public view (e.g. during commute, pre-flight activities and flight operations)
• Participates and complies with all DOT, FAA, and Frontier Airlines’ regulations regarding drug and alcohol compliance of safety-sensitive transportation employees

Qualifications
• High school graduate or GED required
• MUST BE 20 years of age to begin the interview process.
• 1 to 2 years of customer service experience preferred
• Valid passport is required, the ability to travel in and out of the United States, and the ability to travel to all current and future international destinations served by Frontier Airlines is required
• Must present a neat professional appearance and demeanor including adhering to Frontier Inflight uniform and appearance guidelines, including no visible tattoos or multiple piercings. Tattoos may not exist in the following areas: shoulders to fingertips, neck or chest area, behind the ears and for women – mid-thigh to toes
• Must be willing to relocate to assigned base location

• Oversee Inflight contract trainers and facilitators during training periods.

• Maintain record of all training activities, participants and results.

What Will You Be Doing?

What Will You Be Doing?
The Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) will lead a team of analysts to provide financial insights and drive strategic initiatives across all areas of the organization. • Identify business opportunities and drive improvement through rigorous analysis.

Position Overview
The Senior Network Engineer is an experienced, competent, hands-on network engineer who serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the Frontier Network Engineering team. The Senior Network Engineer will be responsible for the configuration, integration, reliability, and management of Frontiers core and extended data networks including, but not limited to local- and wide-area network analysis, design, access control, data circuit design and management, wireless communications, automated network monitoring, and 24-hour coverage (network on-call) for incident management. Network on-call duties may require interfacing with other groups to assure highly available IT services. Responsibilities may extend to connection interfaces supporting IT systems, SOC, telecommunications, and all other entities dependent upon data networks for connectivity.
Professional Qualifications
• Masters or Bachelors degree (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or Management Information Systems preferred) OR minimum of ten (10) years of demonstratable professional experience and continuing education
• Current technical certification(s) such as Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Cisco Certified Design Associate (CCDA), or Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) OR minimum of ten (10) years hands-on experience in WAN/LAN route-switch design, configuration, implementation, and administration

• Architectural assistance in design, configuration, implementation, and support of Business Partner Organization (BPO) networks
• Ability to determine Mean Time to Resolution (MTR), possible short-term fixes, prioritize services for the critical needs of the network, and implement corrective actions in the event of a “network incident”
• Communicate to the Major Incident Management (MIM) team and executive-level staff the network status and required corrective action to support time-sensitive decisions
• Implement and maintain networking technologies such as QOS, OSPF, MPLS, BGP, VLANS, HSRP, SD-WAN
• Implement and support Frontiers Network Management Systems including, but not limited to SolarWinds, Orion, Kiwi, and Network Access Control (NAC)
• Maintain and troubleshoot SD-WAN technology that supports Frontiers extended networks via MPLS, broadband, and cellular technology
• Monitor network capacity, bandwidth, availability, and latency based on business and technical requirements
• Manage various network projects while collaborating with other IT and business departments to determine requirements and meet project milestones
• Provide Level-3 escalation support for the maintenance and troubleshooting of the WAN and LAN network connections
• Management of Clear Pass (TACACS), AAA, and KIWI automated network configuration technologies
• Develop and implement scripts for automated change deployment
• Coordinate and provision WAN connectivity between Frontier locations, vendors, and remote locations (stations)
• Develop, implement, and maintain network engineering policies and procedures to ensure network availability and compliance with Information Security standards including, but not limited to Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) and Payment Card Industry (PCI)
• Create and maintain detailed network documentation including regular updates to SolarWinds
• Ensure currency and enforcement of all security policies as they relate to Frontiers enterprise network
• Work within the Change Management (CM) process for production network changes
• Utilization of network tools, monitors, and syslog files to verify healthy operations and identify potential network problems

Position Overview
The Senior Network Engineer is an experienced, competent, hands-on network engineer who serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the Frontier Network Engineering team. The Senior Network Engineer will be responsible for the configuration, integration, reliability, and management of Frontiers core and extended data networks including, but not limited to local- and wide-area network analysis, design, access control, data circuit design and management, wireless communications, automated network monitoring, and 24-hour coverage (network on-call) for incident management. Network on-call duties may require interfacing with other groups to assure highly available IT services. Professional Qualifications

What Will You Be Doing?
The Benefits Admin Specialist provides on-going support and education for employees on benefit plan offerings and acts as the main liaison with benefit carriers, brokers and other internal and external resources. The Specialist is key to ensuring accurate and timely benefit payments, broker accountability and employee and company support and advocacy.
Essential Functions
• Assists employees with overall benefit support, including eligibility, enrollment, coverage, and claims procedures, and using web-based technology to obtain benefit and retirement participation information.
• Serves as an employee advocate with vendors to ensure prompt resolution of employee issues.
• Provides new hires benefit material and informs about enrollment deadlines.
• Assists in the coordination of the annual Open Enrollment process, including ongoing communication and education initiatives.
• Develops and conducts audits of benefit and retirement information for accuracy and data integrity.
• Reconciles, generates, and submits insurance bills for payment.
• Liaison with brokers and other internal and external resources to ensure deliverables and service level expectations are consistently achieved or exceeded.
• Conducts appropriate audits and recommends corrective measures to leadership to maintain Frontier and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred; combination of relevant education and experience considered in lieu of degree
• At least 2 years of employee benefits administration or human resources experience in a corporate environment preferred
• Previous Airline or large employer experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
