Foxit Software is seeking an experienced Solutions Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with our customers to integrate our PDF SDK into their web and mobile applications. You will be the technical point of contact for our customers and will work closely with our sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers during the integration process of our PDF SDK
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the integration of our PDF SDK

The Data Analyst will be a key contributor to the business leadership team, leading the development and oversight of data analytics, annual budget, and forecasting processes for Foxit. This role is defined as a Senior DevOps Engineer for incubation products. You will serve in a key role for the software development team. You will be working in an agile environment and report to the Director of R&D.
Your first mission
Define and set up Foxit’s next modern, cloud-native web application DevOps infrastructure.
Your responsibilities
• You will be the Ops part in DevOps! You keep the engines running and our customers happy. With your experience and skills, you make sure that the appropriate proactive or reactive actions are taken. Automating these steps is your mission, zero downtime is your goal.
• You monitor the services dashboard and the reports: performance, security, and availability of the service.
• You will build and maintain the pipelines between the developers’ output and the running application.
• You support developers and QA engineers with their building, testing, and packaging jobs. You create the jointly defined service infrastructure which satisfies the developers’ needs and, at the same time, follows the vision you have laid out.

In this Information Security Manager role, you will be responsible for defining and embedding best practice information security policies, standards, and processes based on ISO 27001, NIST Cyber Security Framework (CSF), and SOC2, and will be a key player in the cross-functional team that looks after Foxit’s cyber security landscape.
This role will principally advise and enable business and technical teams to make security decisions, review security-related documentation, and provide advice and guidance, ensuring the effective use of common tools, patterns, and documentation.
This position requires proactive responsibility to assist in the delivery of secure information systems and implement relevant controls by working closely with IT, Cloud Operations, Product, Business, and 3rd party vendors.
Job Functions:
· Develop and maintain Information security compliance frameworks, security policies, and standard operating procedures, where necessary.
· Lead compliance reviews of information security compliance frameworks such as ISO27001, NIST, and SOC2 continually monitor information security controls, operations, processes, and KPIs to ensure compliance is maintained.
· Educate the organization's staff on information security and data privacy (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) best practices, and related processes and procedures to minimize risk.
· Identify, communicate and manage current and emerging security threats with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
· Work with Business, Product, IT, and 3rd party vendor teams to promote and adopt security and data privacy best practices and to develop a framework and procedures for responding to internal and external security questionnaires from vendors, partners, and customers.
· Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to design and implement information security and data privacy strategies and solutions, and to organize or conduct regular security assessments (Pen tests, Vulnerability scans, etc.) of vendors and solutions (SaaS, IaaS providers, and MSSP).
· Work with internal teams to identify information systems with data privacy implications and contribute to the improvement of processes for documenting systems, data maps, data flows, and the development of standard operating procedures for dealing with privacy-related matters.
Required Qualifications / Experiences:
· Keeps up with the latest technology trends and developments, as well as new threat developments.
· Demonstrated experience as a cybersecurity or information security specialist with relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CAPC, CompTIA+, or CISM.
· Strong understanding of security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, SOC2), risk management, disaster/incident planning & management, and cryptographic & key infrastructure protocols.
· Experience monitoring and reporting on compliance with security and data protection policies.
· Knowledge of security technologies such as IDS/IPS, vulnerability testing, and Firewalls.
· Leadership, accountability, and ownership. Takes full ownership of assigned responsibilities and holds themselves accountable for achieving established Department Objectives and KPIs.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills; listens to and shares information.
· Plans and Aligns: Plans and prioritizes work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.
