Digital Operations Manager is the Zone champion who is accountable for digital program success. They are responsible for execution planning and aligning/influencing digital platforms at the zone level.

Job Description:
This position supports The UPS Stores and Franchisees to ensure center performance, center profitability, and center compliance. • Acts as a liaison between The UPS Store, Inc. and UPS, vendors, Area Franchisees and the Franchisee by serving as the primary point of contact to provide answers for concerns and questions

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position.
