Overview The Social Media Coordinator works collaboratively with the FP Movement social and marketing team to develop, execute, and deliver Social Media-specific photo and video content for TikTok and Instagram. This person should be passionate and curious about all things digital, with a knack for creative content and its ability to drive engagement. They will... work to align with the overall efforts of the Social and Brand Marketing teams, with the goal of growing brand awareness, elevating our owned social content, and telling FP Movement’s brand story. This position will be based in Los Angeles, CA. The base pay ranges from $50,000 - $55,000/ year.

Responsibilities
• Help manage overarching social media campaign strategy and execution including creative ideation, and execution. Develop social franchises, enhance best practices and meet brand social KPIs
• Organize social media communication plans for major brand activations including ownership of the social media calendar. Understand social posting pacing based on business plans and trends.
• Develop content as needed based on marketing briefs and optimize for best performance on each social channel
• Compliment visual assets with strong commercial copywriting skills
• Track and report on trends and cultural moments, pitching ideas to keep our social channels relevant to the Internet landscape and our customer’s mindset
• Using a deep understanding and sensitivity of Internet culture, find ways to harmoniously include FP Movement’s brand identity into that space to become noticed and widely circulated
• Build and maintain relationships with other content creators/influencers for strategic partnerships and manage deliverables
• Ownership of talent contracts and overseeing the successful delivery of assets to support the channel and other socially driven brand initiatives
• Work closely with other marketing channel owners to deliver assets in a timely and organized fashion
• Closely analyze results to inform the team of noticed trends, successes, and opportunities
• Post-campaign analysis recaps and ownership of always-on-channel documents including monthly, quarterly decks and contribution to cross-functional social team documents

Qualifications
• 1-2 years experience creating content for social channels, including photography, videography, and an eye for graphic design
• Expert knowledge of and passion for social media platforms and trends on TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter
• Passionate and open-minded about Internet culture and its ever-changing landscape
• Strong writing and oral communication skills
• An expert in creative storytelling, with knowledge of best practices and content types for each social platform
• Able to build relationships and work collaboratively with members of multiple teams
• Proficient in mobile creative apps, and in-app editing
• Must be willing to travel and cover events

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead and continue to scale influencer partnerships that drive rapid growth and sales for Free People Movement.
• Research and pitch relevant, on-brand influencers to ensure all new partnerships align with our brand vision and community goals as well as seamlessly align with and support our brand marketing efforts.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Digital, Merchandising, Creative) to accurately communicate brand priorities and objectives to influencers.
• Develop close relationships with influencer ambassadors in order to maintain a strong level of communication on a day-to-day basis.
• Oversee measurement of program(s) to ensure relationships are driving sales, sessions, awareness and follower growth.
• Own contract negotiation and invoicing/billing process for all influencer partnerships.
• Management of all campaigns from the development phase through execution. Responsible for communicating campaign updates, timelines, and trafficking creative for approval through Asana and to stakeholders.
• Lead and continue to scale influencer partnerships that drive rapid growth and sales FP Movement
• Create thorough influencer recap reports that include complete measurement of all campaigns to evaluate business growth and identify future opportunities.
• Oversee scheduling of influencer content to ensure brand marketing campaigns are sufficiently supported and align with activity on Free People O&O channels.
• Assemble campaign recaps including analytical reporting from all channel managers and teams.
• Oversee measurement of program(s) to ensure marketing channels are driving sales, sessions, awareness, and follower growth.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Digital, Merchandising, Creative) to accurately communicate brand priorities and for post-campaign reporting
• Experience working with creative teams from graphic design to production. Work closely with internal creative team to ensure best practices, guidelines, and instructions to help guide influencers in producing content deliverables
• Research and pitch relevant, on-brand casting for marketing initiatives that align with our brand vision and community goals as well as seamlessly align with and support our brand marketing effort
• Stay on top of competitor marketing programs industry trends, relevant campaigns and digital media advancements in this space

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• 4-6 years of marketing experience at a relevant brand, media company or creative agency
• Passion for health and wellness
• Excellent oral, written, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and team environment with strong time management skills
• Experience evaluating and negotiating influencer contracts
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
