The Role 📜
• You will report directly to the Director of Sales
• Source relevant prospects in our various market segments (institutions, local government)
• Focus on NorthAm market
• Contact, prospect, and qualify Outbound leads
• Engage with prospects via high-volume email, e-marketing, campaigns, social outreach, and cold-calling
• Qualify if there are business possibilities through telephone calls, email, or other forms of communication. Analyze prospective business needs, and processes, determine requirements and ascertain potential solutions
• Identify the decision makers and what their needs are and discuss how we can solve them.
• Close standard sales
• Schedule appointments with account executives (AE) for complex sales
• Guarantee the transfer of the potential client information to the CRM.
• Analyze and report to the Sales Director prospect’s requirements, objections, and competition landscape
• Comply with and/or exceed the sales development objectives.

Your Profile 🧐
• You live in US or Canada
• You are a native English speaker (please provide your application in English). Ideally, you also speak Spanish
• You have some knowledge of the Education market in the US & Canada
• You want to start a career in the sales or marketing department in B2B technology environment.
• You have a commercial nature. Fearless to pick up the phone (or video-call) and speak with a prospect
• closing new deals is your fuel and your thrill
• 30+ contacts with qualified prospects per day
• You have excellent written / verbal communication skills.
• Extensive use of CRM tools (we use Pipedrive)
• Ability to take the initiative.
• Enthusiastic, organized and you like to work for objectives.
• Hungry, persistent, and ready to hustle
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Ready to work in a fast-paced, less corporate, startup environment
• Team player and self-motivator

Bonus Points ✨
• We are looking for more enthusiasm and willingness to learn than specific experience
• Though, you might have previous experience in sales development/generation of new sales opportunities, ideally in a SaaS-based company for the education market
• Proven success in a role with weekly, monthly, and quarterly objectives.
• Proficient with Google Workspace Suite
• Have a solid understanding of how to roll out successful outbound campaigns
• Know how to implement an efficient qualification methodology through curiosity.
• A college/university degree is useful because it shows us that you can set an objective and achieve it.
