Job Description
The Manager, Total Rewards Operations will ensure delivery of superior service to internal customers globally. This role will be responsible for supporting the Total Rewards COE in the implementation and administration of a comprehensive total rewards strategy and programs that will best represent Freshworks within the given market. • Evaluate products, vendors, and programs related to the Total Rewards process, including obtaining and consolidating input from regions when selecting global products
Qualifications
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related discipline required
• 7+ years of HR experience overall; including at least 5 years in a total rewards and/or HR Operations-related role
• Expert knowledge with Microsoft Office suite (notably Excel)
• Knowledge of leading practices and trends in Total Rewards including compensation, benefits, and HR systems
Preferred Skills / Experience / Competencies:
• HR Information System experience preferred
• Presence to interact easily across all levels within the organization in a tactful, mature, and flexible manner
• Ability to work successfully with and stakeholders in building, leading and contribute to a successful Total Rewards function across a complex, global organization

• 1-3 years outbound sales experience, preferably in an inside sales, BDR/SDR, high-velocity sales environment
• Team player, strong collaborator
• Consistent success with sales quota attainment
• CRM experience
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills
• Motivation, drive, and a self-starting attitude
• Ability to understand customer needs and meet that need with a successful product sale
• Strong time management and organizational
• Bachelor's Degree
Additional Information
Colorado Pay Range: $60,000-75,000+ comprising an annual salary & incentive compensation: You may also be eligible for equity and additional generous company benefits.
