Your Mission
As Frontify’s Director, Product Marketing, you’ll be on a mission to accelerate product growth by advocating for the customer, communicating Frontify’s product value, and driving demand.
In this role, you’ll lead a global team of Product Marketing Managers and work closely with our CMO, Rebecca. You will own the product marketing strategy at Frontify and bring it to new heights through compelling messaging and strategies you define, develop, and implement. Your insights will enable everyone from the product to sales teams with your in-depth knowledge of our market, customers, and competition.
Your Story
• You’re able to join Frontify and work from our office in New York City (Noho area). We have a hybrid setup that's flexible and typically see the most seats filled 2 days a week.
• You have 8+ years of experience in B2B, SaaS Product Marketing with 5+ years of experience managing a team.
• You’ve successfully developed and executed go-to-market plans and enablement programs.
• You’re a fantastic storyteller and have a knack for translating technical ideas into business value.
• You're no stranger to crafting compelling positioning and marketing content.
• You have demonstrated work in writing blogs and delivering webinars to customers, analysts, and the media.
• You approach management with a visionary lens and are excited about the possibility of bringing a team to new heights.
• You have developed a comfortability with user data to define and target high-propensity customer segments.
• You've successfully been guiding, influencing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as product/engineering and sales.
Compensation:
- Ranges from $180,000-$215,000 base salary, annual company bonus, phantom stock options.

- Provided compensation range is specific to the state of NY’s labor market and may vary for employees living in other areas.
