WHAT YOU'LL NEED
At a minimum, the selected candidate must have an Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university supplemented by three (3) or more years of related experience. Must have effective written and verbal communications skills. Additionally, the preferred candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university supplemented by three (3) years general business experience. The hiring manager is also looking for a candidate who has experience in a college or university curriculum and/or advising department.

The Student Success Advisor I serves as a general source of advice and information for students. Individuals in this position possess a general level of knowledge on a wide variety of topics including admissions and enrollment, program offerings, financial aid options and regulations, student development, and student engagement.
