The candidate has experience analyzing, executing and overseeing marketing campaigns and creating new growth strategies and ideas. Responsibilities:
• The candidate will strongly understand the full marketing ecosystem including marketing KPIs, measurement, growth, and analytics to retain and grow a subscribers base

About the role:
Reporting to the Director of Business Analytics - Growth, the Senior Analyst is accountable for delivering analytics, insights and recommendations to the various business units within the Fubo organization. This critical team function is responsible for reporting and analysis, as well as business decision support including:
• Ownership of all Marketing KPIs affecting subscriber and revenue growth across different BUs within the streaming division at Fubo
• Understanding and articulating the various macro and micro factors impacting business and financial performance.
• Developing and maintaining reports and dashboards
Responsibilities:
• Ensure the business has clear visibility into revenue, trials, conversion metrics, ARPU, acquisition costs, channel performance, LTV and modeling of cohorts of customers for a variety of purposes.
• Partner with the Marketing team to design and analyze testing, optimizations and enhancements that lead to a lift in metrics across the full funnel.
• Partner with the Product team to design and analyze testing and enhancements that are aligned with Marketing Strategy.
• Oversee deployment of MTA and MMM tools and serve as a point of contact for insights and optimizations on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.
• Create new dashboards and reports to track and communicate outcomes and provide recommendations.
• Support the business by identifying new opportunities via data insights and analyses
• Understand various Micro and Macro factors affecting the streaming and sports industry to proactively identify areas of opportunity and identify risk based on planned actions
• Partner with the business intelligence team on data, reporting and table structures.
• Support all internal teams as applicable
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a quantitative field; masters degree in a quantitative field preferred
• 4+ years experience as an analyst, preferably for a subscription-based business. Experience in working at the intersection of Product and Marketing Analytics is a plus. Bonus if experience is at a streaming service or a sports team/league.
• Experience in cross-channel media measurement with a focus on optimizing towards Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and ROI. Must have worked with Marketing Mix Models (MMM) and Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) models and tools.
• Experience with Digital Marketing Channels - Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok, SEO, SEM, App Installs (iOS, Android), Affiliate Partners, CTV(Amazon, Roku, Samsung, etc.)

About the Role:
Fubo is looking for an experienced and extremely motivated seller to join our high-performance ad sales team in the Greater New York market. The successful candidate will have significant experience in Connected TV advertising sales, understanding and delivering direct and programmatic advertising buys, as well as an established network of agency and client relationships in the New York advertising community. Overview:
The Senior Director/Vice President, Legal & Business Affairs works closely with the Chief Legal Officer to handle legal and business affairs for Fubo primarily related to its content distribution, licensing and development activities. This position is a hands-on position working closely with the business leaders of the divisions it supports and will serve as primary legal partner for these groups in carrying out its initiatives. Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic and transactional support and counsel to Content Licensing, Distribution and Production, Ad Sales, and Business Development teams.
• Handle all aspects of content licensing and distribution matters, including advising on deal structure and strategy, drafting documents, negotiating all phases of transactions from term sheet to definitive agreement working closely with the business lead with various content providers, including without limitation major network partners, sports leagues and FAST channels.
• Support content production initiatives with the support of outside counsel, including structure, negotiation and drafting of wide-range of production related agreements including above-the-line (e.g., talent, producer, director, writer), and below-the-line (e.g., supporting cast, crew, vendors) and ancillary agreements (e.g., location, signage, waivers and releases).
• Support Ad Sales team in its activities, including negotiation and drafting of advertising, sponsorship and other revenue generating agreements.
• Advise and coordinate with team personnel to identify and resolve business and legal issues (including issues relating to contract interpretation) and provide ongoing counsel, advice, and support.
• Provide oversight of regulatory and other legal compliance matters relating to areas with purview of responsibility.
• Manage trademark portfolio and consult on other IP and rights clearance issues.
• Supply solutions to the business and resolve issues in creative and practical ways, taking in consideration the business and legal context and unique needs.
• Identify and evaluate business and legal risks, and find creative ways to mitigate them while achieving business goals.
• Remain current on legal and business developments relevant to the media, entertainment and technology industries, both nationally and internationally.
• Research and anticipate unique legal issues that could impact the company and provide training to the company on important legal topics.
• Supervise outside counsel assisting with the foregoing legal work.
• Direct other special projects and perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
• J.D. and member in good standing with a U.S. State Bar.
• 5 -10+ years of relevant experience gained from in-house and/or top-tier law firm practice preferred.
• Broad legal knowledge and demonstrated familiarity with transactions in intellectual property licensing, media and content production, sponsorship and advertising industries.
• Experience negotiating and drafting a wide range of commercial transactional documents and contracts in media and entertainment industries..
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills along with excellent communication skills, business/financial/commercial judgment and strategic thinking.

The Account Executive will play a crucial role in driving fuboTV's advertising revenue across client direct, agency and trading desks within named accounts, verticals and/or geographic territories (Midwest). Responsibilities:
Identify, pitch and close programmatic, direct IO, and sponsorship deals with agencies, trading desks and direct clients Prepare and develop pitch materials and RFPs; be a subject matter expert on our product and platform offerings leveraging data and insights to support our unique value proposition Maintain positive client relations within an assigned book of business and territory with keen focus on new business development and account growth opportunities Leverage CRM tools to grow sales pipelines, capture all account activity in Salesforce and prepare IOs for approvals prior to campaign flighting Provide timely status reports to clients and agencies on campaign performance, delivery and resolve client inquiries in a timely manner that moves the business forward Works collaboratively with Ad Operations, Insights, Marketing and Yield teams to drive ad revenue and campaign success
