Summary

Required Education/Professional Experience
• First-level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred.

• Relevant certification preferred.
• Foreign exchange trading experience highly desirable.

Required Knowledge/Skills
• Comprehensive understanding of foreign exchange trading processes and finance functions.
• Advanced knowledge of regulatory environments impacting treasury activities.

What do you need to succeed?
• 8+ years of working experience in financial industry, preferably Cash Management or Transaction Banking
• 5+ years of in depth knowledge in FX payment products and other tangential product areas such as liquidity/cash management.
• 3+ years of experience in hand on agile development in a product owner role, including creating user stories, backlog refinement.
• Familiar with cross-border payment and FX rules/regulations that govern the ecosystem (e.g. Dodd Frank, FATF-16)
• Working knowledge in digital channel product knowledge such as host to host, API, SWIFT and TMS/ERP integration
• Working knowledge in the pricing strategy for payment product in the industry
• Experience in building web-based payment product
• Ability to work with JIRA in agile squad structure; Ability to product business process maps; Client centric and innovative mindset in product design; Must be a team player who works well with technical and non-technical resources.

The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $150,000 - $200,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate’s experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs. Job Summary:

The role will be responsible for interacting with our client base alongside our rates and currency sales team to provide analysis of corporate and institutional clients' market exposures and providing bespoke recommendations on how best to eliminate/mitigate those risks. The FX accounting team is looking for an Accounting Manager to guide cross-functional business stakeholders on FX matters. The ideal candidate will thrive in a complex, high-growth environment, collaborating with teams such as accounting, Treasury, Tax, technology, and Corporate Reporting System to provide FX guidance on projects involving FX implications. This person will serve as the subject matter expert to provide FX guidance and work with various accounting business teams (AWS, digital, store, payments, advertising, international accounting team, etc.) to understand each business initiative, assess FX implications, and then provide FX requirements to avoid creating future technical debt. Strong oral and written communication skills are crucial, as well as the ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope business requirements, and prioritize.
