The Role

Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to identify, engage, and onboard strategic partners for our blockchain platform and other tech products.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including industry leaders, technology providers, enterprise clients, and other potential partners.
• Identify market trends, competitive insights, and customer needs to inform partnership priorities and product integration and collaboration opportunities.
• Lead the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, from initial outreach and engagement to contract negotiation and partnership execution.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and legal, to ensure successful partnership integration and alignment with business objectives.
• Drive partner enablement initiatives, including training sessions, workshops, and support resources, to ensure partners are equipped to promote and sell our products effectively.
• Monitor and track partnership performance metrics, including revenue growth, customer adoption, and partner satisfaction, and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in business development or partnership management roles, with a focus on blockchain technology or related industries.
• Proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships that drive business growth and revenue generation.
• Deep understanding of the blockchain industry, including key players, trends, and emerging technologies, with a strong network of industry contacts.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions, influence stakeholders, and drive consensus in complex partnership discussions.

The Role
We are seeking a Product Owner for DEX. In this position, you will help shape products’ functionality, features, requirements, and specifications, shepherding the development to reach the desired outcome. You will represent the voice of the customer and the organization by delivering business value. You will work closely with key business and technology stakeholders to define and prioritize features and stories, ensuring alignment with customer needs and organizational goals. You will also partner with members of IT to understand the technologies within your portfolio and their part in contributing to the overall end-user experience.

• Experience with trading systems such as exchanges, Dex’s, perpetuals trading, with a deep understanding of how they work.
• Solid product research skills and a desire to create cool, innovative ideas. Excellent communication and organizational skills and experience working in a globally distributed team.

The Role
We are so excited to announce we are hiring for a new position here at Gala, Cloud Product Owner. Our Cloud Product Owner is at the heart of our cloud and managed services domain, driving the vision and execution of our product strategy. As a product owner, you will be entrusted with the conception, development, and enhancement of our cloud services offerings.
Your work will involve close collaboration with various stakeholders, including clients, end-users, and the product team, to understand needs, define requirements, and oversee the product life cycle. The Product Owner is crucial in shaping the product roadmap, managing the product backlog, planning releases, coordinating sprints, and ensuring products align with the company's vision.

The Role
We are currently looking for a Lead Engineer for our Poker and potentially more Casino games. The ideal candidate is an engineering leader with extensive experience in creating real-time game infrastructures and maintaining them for high usage. This role involves a combination of creating and leading all fronts of engineering - frontend, backend, and Dev Ops, while also being able to mentor and work with engineers outside of the team and the company.
Game development knowledge, mobile game development, a creative hands-on attitude, and an entrepreneurial spirit will create success in this role. This is a heroic opportunity to change the blockchain gaming space while leading our game developers with your hands-on skills and energy.

Responsibilities
• Architect, design and implement performant backend services and frontend features for Poker and other casino games along with PMs and UI/UX designers.
• Optimize and refactor existing features to improve usability, scalability, and lower cost.
• Advocate for new technologies and engineering best practices across the team and collaborate with platform teams across the company.
• Perform technical reviews of other engineers’ work and provide feedback/advice.
• Create documentation and tech plans for new architecture/system designs.
• Establish engineering processes and KPI metrics to ensure game/product quality.
• Coach and manage other engineers.
Essential
Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science (preferred) or a circuit branch of engineering.
• 8+ years of professional experience in software development. Preferably 3+ with games.
• Experience working on mobile development games.
• Deep knowledge of systems that provide highly responsive user experience across 10s of millions of users.
• Deep understanding of algorithms, design patterns, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Strong familiarity and experience using AWS and/or other cloud computing platforms (IaaS, PaaS, Saas)
• Strong experience with container-driven orchestration platforms.
• Experience with typescript and node js-based sync and RESTful service frameworks.
• Experience with database systems (SQL and No
SQL).
• This position will be working cohesively with developers based in India, requiring you to have work hours flexibility to communicate and collaborate effectively.
• Familiarity with mobile and PC game integrations like analytics, marketing, socials, and deep linking.
• Understanding of blockchain concepts and basics of tokenomics and NFTs.
• Knowledge of a coachable methodology for a granular breakdown of engineering tasks, along with a tried and true methodology for accurate estimates.
