• Exemplary customer service skills required.

Responsibilities
The Gaming Cashier is responsible for attend to customers to process and post cash and credit card transactions. The Gaming Cashier is responsible to ensure that all monies collected are reported and balanced before and after each shift.
• Adhere to the Miccosukee Service Expectations and ensure team compliance
• Attends customers in exchanging cash, chips for cash, paying out video vouchers, paying out jackpot tickets (large prizes) and performing global cash transactions which includes: cash advance, debit and check cashing services.
• Assists customers in their designated areas.
• Counts and balances cash boxes before and after each shift.
• Performs the duty of the “500” which is, when needed, going out to the video floor to attend to video machine problems.
• Helps the Supervisor in the safe completing the deposit, banks, replenishing the western kiosks, ATM, golf and tobacco.
• Provides stellar customer service to all patrons.
• Consistent and regular attendance is an essential function of this job
• Performs other related duties as assigned
The Casino & Resort will function seven days a week, 24 hours a day. We may find it necessary to re-schedule shifts according to our business volume. You must be willing and available to fulfill these demands
While performing the duties of this job, the team member will be regularly required to walk, stand and sit. The associate will occasionally be required to climb and use balance. Additionally, the team member will frequently be asked to use hands and arms carry and lift items. Specific vision abilities required to perform this job include close vision and distance vision.
While performing the duties of this job, the team member may experience temperature fluctuations and moderate to high levels of noise. This is a smoking environment.

• Maintains a clean and orderly laundry depository area. All soiled linens are properly sorted and placed into the appropriate carts.
• All filled soiled linen carts are delivered to the laundry facility at the established time, daily. All clean linen is returned to property from the laundry facility.
• All clean linen is brought into the hotel and properly placed in the assigned areas daily.
• Provides accurate information of property along with property events and promotions.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
• This position operates in a working environment that is subject to varying noise levels, the severity of which depends upon work volume.
