Join our team as a Payments Associate!
Your Role:
Manage a portfolio of key relationships with payment gateways, networks, and partners across Latin America.
Optimize the performance of existing payment solutions to improve customer experience.
Identify possible partners and evaluate cross-industry business opportunities for Garena products.
Work closely with internal and external teams and serve as the primary point of contact for payment and telecommunication projects.
Manage complex contract negotiations, supporting legal and technical teams, and coordinate between partners and internal teams for project release.
Any other tasks to support the Payments team.
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
Minimum 3 years experience working in business development / project management roles. Experience within the payments industry is a plus.
Experience in deal management, negotiation, and structuring business agreements.
Ability to coordinate projects across multiple teams, including technical, engineering, finance, legal, marketing, and product teams.
