JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for performing a variety of duties on behalf of the company; Serves visitors by greeting and welcoming them; Invoices customers and receives payments; Audits all company files; Maintains office; Supports other staff members when schedule and workload permit.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Backing up Editing and Posting Pictures and Videos
• Uploading vehicle information to website to for posting
• Handling Cash Making Bank runs
• Auditing Consignment and Sales Paperwork
• Inputs invoices and receives payments
• Process documents for state registration, filling out the proper paperwork and ensuring that tax and title documents are also filled out accurately and in a timely manner
• Assist in drives for videos
• Consignment lead lookups
• Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
• Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; inquires the nature of their business and directs them to appropriate person
• Maintains front of house presentation; clean and stocked snack area, posters rolled and made available for our guests
• Manages showrooms Caffeine and Chrome budget; this includes handling the shopping for the event
• Works all Gateway Caffeine and Chrome events and Holiday Party
• Staying up to date on pending vehicles, including calling customers for updates on missing information and keeping spreadsheet updated
• Staying up to date and keeping staff organized on what vehicles need photos, videos, and descriptions
• Ensuring vehicle keys are organized and put away
• Running Errands for the Showroom
• Attends car shows as needed
• Backing up other employees with duties such as but not limited to taking pictures, taking/editing/posting videos, scanning/emailing documents to accounting, cosigning incoming vehicles, attending car shows, preparing temp tags, etc.
• Occasionally you may be asked to train new Office Managers or provide back up to other showrooms, some travel may be required
• Serve as liaison with landlords and 3rd party vendors

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Taking, editing, and uploading pictures of inventory
• Taking, editing, and uploading videos of inventory
• Dusting vehicles
• Sweeping
• Mopping
• Cleaning bathrooms
• Taking out trash
• Organizing the showroom
• Airing up tires
• Charging batteries with a trickle charger
• Jumping batteries with a jump box
• Attend car shows when needed
• Ensuring vehicle keys are organized and put away
• Prepping vehicles for shipping such as airing up tires and charging batteries
• Keeping the sales floor organized
• Backing up other employees with duties such as but not limited to taking pictures, taking/editing/posting videos, scanning/emailing documents to accounting, cosigning incoming vehicles, attending car shows, preparing temp tags, etc.
• Assist in drives for videos
• Consignment lead lookups
• Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; inquires the nature of their business and directs them to appropriate person
• Maintains front of house presentation; swept, mopped, organized, and dusted
• Works all Gateway Caffeine and Chrome events and Holiday Party
• Occasionally you may be asked to train new Showroom Supports or provide back up to other showrooms, some travel may be required
QUALIFICATIONS
• HS Diploma or Equivalent
• Basic automotive knowledge is a plus
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
HOURS
Our Showrooms are open Monday-Saturday, 9am-5pm. Our employees work 5 days a week with Saturday as a required workday due to business levels.
PAY
$35,000 - $45,000 (pay includes bonus)

• Stay updated with all trends in developing web applications and programming languages
• Ability to work in a KANBAN environment
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or 8+ years experience without a degree
• and 4+ years of professional experience working as a MVC web developer (codeigniter preferred)
• and 2+ years as cloud developer (AWS preferred)
• Expert at object-oriented and procedural PHP (7+ preferred) as well as the Codeigniter framework
• Skilled at writing optimized SQL queries and working with RDMS analysis tools
• Skilled in developing RESTful APIs and strong understanding of the HTTP protocol
• Some experience with front-end languages and frameworks (JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap)
• Some experience writing custom HTML & CSS/Bootstrap
• Understanding of SEO
HOURS
Our Showrooms are open Monday-Saturday, 9am-5pm. This position is expected to work Monday-Friday however some Saturdays may be required during projects.
